The outgoing person at this job before I started in the position had started the redesign process with Pronto for 3 separate publication websites and a large quantity of articles, images, and ads for each. His instructions and plans for the new websites were awful. He left the position and I came on board to see that he had tasked Pronto with essentially recreating our old websites on a new platform with a new vendor. At this point Pronto was almost done with everything. I asked Pronto to redo everything essentially. That was a lot to ask of them and they still were gracious enough to work with me and get us to the right place. They did everything I asked all the way to the end.
