The scope of work for our digital product's UI/UX design project was comprehensive and involved multiple key phases. In January 2023, we defined the project's goals and target audience while conducting user research to understand their needs and preferences. We analyzed competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. Following this, we established the information architecture, organizing the content and creating sitemaps and navigation systems to ensure a logical flow. During February and March 2023, we created wireframes to outline the layout of key interface elements, and prototyping provided interactive models to validate the design with stakeholders and users. The visual design phase defined the product's aesthetic, encompassing everything from colors and typography to icons and graphics. In March and April 2023, usability testing became a crucial step, gathering feedback and making necessary iterations. The design was made responsive for different devices, ensuring accessibility standards were met. The final deliverables included user personas, sitemaps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, design assets, usability testing reports, design specifications, responsive variations, and accessible components, all provided in suitable formats. This comprehensive scope of work ensured the creation of a user-centric and visually pleasing digital product.

Yes. Their project management was quite effective and on time. They got in touch whenever they needed to clarify things. Speed of delivery along with quality was quite good once they understood the project after a few days of interaction. Due to lack of unctional expertise sometimes it took a bit of time for some heavy duty functionalities.
