The Postcard Agency was tasked with creating a website and supportive marketing materials to use for my communications company. They started with a blank slate and proposed several different versions for me to select from. They offered data-informed guidance in the decision-making process and ultimately delivered an impactful and engaging site.

Traffic to my company's new site increased by 80%. Social media engagement significantly improved including impressions and click through rates. New lead generation has imcreased by 50%.

The Postcard Agency was always on schedule with deliverables, often times being ahead of deadlines.

They created a rollout plan and marketing campaign that addressed my needs and constantly checked-in on my satisfaction with the deliverables.

I was most struck by the agency's ability to bring my vision to life. From early on in the process, they listened intently to my goals and collaborated on ways of achieving them.

They work with intention and are deliberate with their campaigns. Often times, agencies dismiss a client's own ideas and forge on in a different direction. Not so with The Postcard Agency. I felt like a true partner in the creation of my website and marketing efforts.

Encourage consumers to visit and shop at their local museum stores on Museum Store Sunday (November 26). Educate the general public about museum stores and their far-reaching impact — especially as it relates to sustainability. Promote sustainable shopping and behaviors from a consumer standpoint and a provider standpoint.

Establish museum stores as top shopping destinations during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend (in addition to establishing Museum Store Sunday as an annual shopping event people look forward to alongside Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday). Encourage consumers to “be a patron” and support museum stores all year long. Highlight sponsors and encourage new sponsorships.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Postcard Agency distributed the official Museum Store Sunday press release and sent our first round of personalized media pitches on November 2, 2023, prompting interest from reporters across the country. Their PR efforts secured more than 300 pieces of coverage across TV, digital, print and radio outlets with an advertising value equivalency of $1.39 million based on 3.78 million estimated media impressions. 

Museum Store Sunday was featured in several prestigious publications in large cities across the US, including the Boston Globe, Dallas Morning News, San Francisco Chronicle, Philadelphia Tribune and the Austin-American Statesman. The annual shopping initiative was also featured in several TV segments in large markets across the country — from Los Angeles to Chicago to New York. 

Many segments ran for5 or more minutes, giving Museum Store Sunday valuable airtime in front of millions of viewers on CBS, NBC, ABC and other networks.

The Postcard Agency developed my website to stand out from the competition. They built the site to be concise and easy to navigate. A lead capture tool it includes allows consumers to put in their information. A direct feed to the multiple listings service (MLS) allows them to easily search properties that interest them at their own pace.

I’m the CEO of W. BRADFORD, a digital marketing agency. We do full-service marketing for B2B clients in the tech professional services-related industries. Our company provides a range of services including video production, marketing strategy, content creation, public relations, web development, etc.

Our clients have seen an immediate increase in social media activity with The Postcard Agency’s services. Their team has delivered quality followers from each client’s specific audience. For some clients, Jonathan’s work on their Instagram led to multiple sales and inquiries. In another case, they garnered 4,500 quality followers for a B2B firm.

The deliver all projects ahead of time and efficiently. Usually, I review their work and we have rounds of revisions, if necessary. Once I get my client’s approval, The Postcard Agency implements their strategies.

Ultimately it's subscribers. From the initiation of our engagement we've seen our social media reach expand and then, voila, our subscriber numbers started to climb. They tick all the boxes for us!
