The ad campaigns they set up has delivered a much better ROAS than we expected. As we were a new business with no online presence, we required a new e-commerce website. We provided a list of requirements to Pixated who were able to turn it into a full design and technical brief. Next, they explored a few website platform options with us to help us understand the pros and cons of each, and recommended Shopify as it met all our requirements. We'd heard a lot about Shopify and were confident that Pixated could deliver a bespoke website on the platform due to their Shopify Partner status. Once the site was live, we needed to raise awareness and start generating sales. Pixated developed a paid media strategy which included Facebook and Google ads. They did a great job explaining the strategy and the rationale behind each element of the campaign. After we approved the strategy, Pixated proceeded with the campaign setup and management. We saw conversions within the first week of the campaigns being live and performance continues to improve with each month that they spend optimising the campaigns.

Since the website went live at the end of 2019, we've seen an average sales increase of around 65% MoM. The CPA started at around £19 and is now at £7.25 with an AOV of £65. The results have been amazing and are much better than we had anticipated before we launched the business.

Campaign Audits & Restructuring – They began with a full audit of our existing ad accounts, identifying inefficiencies in structure, targeting, and bidding. They then rebuilt our campaigns using a refined keyword and audience segmentation strategy. Ongoing PPC Management – Pixated handled day-to-day optimisation, budget pacing, bid adjustments, and A/B testing of copy, creatives, and audience segments across search, shopping, and paid social. Creative Strategy & Production – Their team developed new ad creative concepts tailored to our luxury audience, including high-end visuals and copy designed to boost CTR and ROAS. There’s very little we’d criticise — the experience was overwhelmingly positive. If anything, in the early weeks, we would have appreciated a bit more visibility into the creative testing roadmap so we could align internal approvals a little faster.
That said, once we flagged it, the Pixated team quickly adapted their workflow and communication to suit us. Their responsiveness made it a non-issue going forward.
