We designed the product internally and hired Pinnasys to develop a fully custom mobile app and web-based management platform for a national sports team. The scope included building the mobile application, administrative dashboards, backend systems, and the necessary integrations to support the team’s operations. After the initial platform was launched, a professional sports club expressed interest in the solution. Pinnasys then helped us create a separate white-labeled version customized to the club’s branding and specific requirements. The key deliverables included two custom-branded mobile applications, web dashboards, backend development, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

This demonstrated that the platform could be adapted and scaled for different sports organizations while maintaining their individual branding and operational requirements.

No company or working relationship is perfect, and we believe the key is to communicate openly and adjust as the project develops. This has also been the case with Pinnasys. For example, when a developer’s working or communication style was not the right fit for our team, we discussed it with them and requested a replacement. They responded professionally and made the necessary adjustment, which allowed the project to continue smoothly.

I'm a partner in management and corporate strategy at a construction company. We're an Indian conglomerate specializing in transport logistics and energy utilities. We develop large-scale infrastructure projects across India with a focus on sustainability and nation-building.

Pinnasys - AI Solutions has integrated our project activities, defined the schedule, created a work breakdown structure (WBS), assigned the task master, and incorporated AI for predictability of activities and risk register tracking with mitigations. The team has further developed Faciligo and Sintara, which are existing software applications, for our company specifically.

We have 400 projects live on the applications developed by Pinnasys - AI Solutions. Since implementing these applications, we've seen improvements in data integration, data analysis, and dashboarding as a single source of truth at multiple management levels from the project manager to the chairman. Our issue resolution turnaround time by the actual task master or escalation to the next level has improved by 23%.
