Our goal was to have a consolidated, well designed and organized information portal for our business. We wanted to ensure consumers had the appropriate gateway to learn about us, make reservations at our restaurant and purchase our product's online.

Our company utilizes the squarespace platform for all of our websites. The scope of this project involved lay out, design, and custom coding of elements our site within the platform. There were numerous software integrations including our reservations management and CRM software. Our role was to provide guidance, assets and feedback.

We discovered them via squarespace as a recommended vendor. We have used them on multiple projects with a flawless record of success.

We provided them with a backgrounder on concept and our goals. From there we had a seamless transition into conceptual design, programming and execution. All of our websites are built on the squarespace platform and pb+j easily works on this.

The team consisted of 2-3 individuals. Nothing was lost in communication and we were extremely happy with their communication an execution

Our online sales increased by 50% immediately. Web reservations have outstripped OTA reservations.

Project management was extremely effective, and responsive. Any issues which arose typically came from our side and pb+j dealt with professionally. Their utilization project management tools was awesome.

Everyone we worked with on their team is receptive to input and feedback. We love their personal touch, professionalism and ability to execute.
