I am the CEO at an eCommerce Academy. We offer courses where our clients can learn how to set up online stores, manage advertising campaigns, etc.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We heard about Panem from some of our clients. They are one of the top-rated SEO agencies in our region. So we got in touch with them and arranged an interview, which helped us understand that their team had expertise and experience we needed. Numerous case studies they presented us with demonstrated impressive results, that was the deciding factor.

A couple of days after we signed the agreement, they presented us with an SEO audit report (they didn’t charge anything for the audit) that described SEO issues our website had and steps to fix them. In a few days, they sent us a more detailed strategy, which was followed by an online meeting at which they explained each step and answered our questions. After we approved the strategy, their team started working on our project. They sent us reports every two weeks on what had been already done. As the content on our pages was changed, we started getting more traffic. Also, they helped our website grow through link building.
