When we first started the conversation about SEO, we didn't know what to expect. We had a website, but we had never invested in SEO before. Their team did a great job of walking us through what they do and why they do it in a specific order.

The process started with an initial call to learn more about our business. We discussed our services and outlined what an ideal client looked like. From there, they walked us through the keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audit. It was clear that this team was very technical so we assumed they knew what they were doing. Sure enough, we were right.

Understanding the competition was step number one. We wanted to identify their keywords and where they were ranking for each keyword. Outpace pulled a ranking comparison and we were even further behind on SEO than we had thought. Once we began the campaign, we saw significant improvements across our SEO rankings.

This didn't result in a direct ROI, but this showed us that Outpace was headed in the right direction. As they explained prior to the campaign, it wasn't until we hit the first page that we began to receive new business.

For each client they start with keyword research. During this phase they get an understanding of the vertical, the search volume, the competition, and the scope of the project. With all of this information, they give us a proposal and we get started with the campaign. It's a very organized process.

We currenty work with three members of their team. They have two SEOs overseeing our accounts and there is also a project coordinator that we speak with on a regular basis.

Their team has done a terrific job of communicating with our team. They let us know what they need and they are always asking if the client needs them to focus on anything specific. Most of the communication is done via email, but every now and then we will jump on a call to go over more detailed topics.

We have worked with many SEO agencies, but Outpace is one of the first SEO firms to actually deliver results. It's such a relief to be working with an SEO firm that knows what they are doing!

I’m the owner of a digital marketing firm. I oversee website design and our white label SEO.

We tried to hire an internal SEO team, and we struggled to get the right people. In the end, we decided to turn to a white label partner that specialized in SEO to get the best results for our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we transitioned one small account to Outpace and saw how the results looked month after month. Then, we continued to transition more and more customers over to them. They currently handle 100% of our SEO clients and facilitate all of our keyword research, which allows us to see where our customers rank and gives us an idea about the competition.

Right now, we’re hoping to land a national campaign. Outpace has done the keyword research, and we’re eager to see if the client approves the budget so we can move forward with their services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They send monthly reports, so we’re able to provide that information to our customers, which leads to an increase in retention. It also works well when we have biannual meetings with clients, and we can go back to the past six reports and show the huge difference across all those months.

How did Outpace perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team does a great job encompassing everything, touching base, and checking with us to see if we’ve missed anything. It’s refreshing to work with Outpace because they’re the ones reporting to us. They do a phenomenal job at staying ahead of the curve and getting results.

They rely heavily on Asana for project management, but they don’t share it with us. They’ve recently worked on a client dashboard, and we’re excited to see that. We’ll be able to log in and see our clients’ real-time analytics.

Our communication varies depending on if it’s an emergency. For the most part, 80% of it is via email, and the other 20% are meetings, and we like that structure. We try to do a monthly meeting to answer unresolved issues that we haven’t strategized over email.

Their focus really allows them to excel on behalf of their clients. They only do SEO, so they’re the best at it. Outpace is so focused on what they do that they’re able to stay ahead of the competition. They just keep their ear to the ground, and that level of professionalism is what makes them get great results every month.

The attention to detail that goes into every single project is second-to-none; they will thoroughly assess your website, analyze traffic patterns, test different variations then come up with a plan tailored specifically for you!
