One of the unique things about working with Outpace is that they only do SEO. They don't focus on any other form of lead generation. As a result, they're very specific in their approach to SEO. Our SEO campaign started with an overhaul of on-page optimization and technical optimization. These two efforts greatly improved the website's authority in the eyes of Google.

From there, the campaign focused on off-site authority while looking at the information in Google Search Console to continue improving the site's rapport. This included creating content around FAQs, blogs, improving service pages, etc

The first few months were associated with on-page optimization to ensure our message to search engines was optimized. Then the rest of the campaign has been focused on building up authority for our business off of the website.

We have multiple people assigned to our account, but we only speak to our account rep. This ensures we have one person who knows 100% of what is happening with our site. Behind the scenes, they have SEOs, programmers, and content writers working on our site.

A great deal of communication takes place during the monthly reports and periodic emails/calls. This is a vendor we trust. We aren't looking to ask them what they've been up to. As time progresses, finding vendors that know what they're doing seems more difficult. Outpace is an exception. The scope of work was simple - achieve higher organic rankings for our clients. The way this has been measured is by comparing where each client ranked last month vs the current month. It doesn't matter the vertical, they produce the same positive results across the board.

All of our communication goes through our client rep and we love this setup. If we need to talk about content, they may bring a content team member on the call. If one of our clients is facing a dev issue, they might bring a developer to the call. The conversations differ, but all of the communication includes our rep.

Before outsourcing our SEO to Outpace, our SEO retention was incredibly low. It was around 6 months. Now that we are working with an agency that gets results, our retention has more than quadrupled.

We've seen great results since onboarding them, specially after the first 6 months. Our organic channel leads have tripled over the last year and weren't looking to partner with them long term.
