To create 3D application illustration renders for one of our market focus - Copier and Printer. The illustrations need to comply to corporate identity requirements. Deliver about 15 different illustrations with blown up look that indicate the application area.

All of the illustrations received are compliant to our brand guideline and all stakeholders are happy with the design.

Alex is the key person I am liaising within this project. There was an extension of the project due to our schedule. He is very patience and accommodating with our schedule. 

We had multiple changes in the requirements within the project, and he is always supporting and revising the illustrations to meet our requirements. It been great working with him.

Content creation - to create several 3D animated videos based off 3D models. To display the key features of the products in an eye-catching manner, through the medium of animation.

Through an agency-based talent site (Upwork), displaying available freelancers/studios who have experience in various online services. The deciding factor was Aliaksandr's profile, which displayed an outstanding range of high-quality work through his portfolio.

The initial stage involved briefing and storyboarding, to which Aliaksandr drafted up a first version of the video. From there we feedback for any edits, to which Alex carried out in a timely manner. Afterwards we were left with a final version, which we were extremely satisfied with. We would then hire Alex for similar projects afterwards due to the quality of work, as well as his professional attitude.

Aliaksandr - the feedback process was seamless, no edit was too large or small for Alex to carry out - he did so with minimal fuss and to a high standard every time. All edits were tweaked within one round of feedback, saving both parties time, another reason why we continued to work with Alex after the initial project.

Yes, the assets performed extremely well post-project, with the videos being used across a variety of branded platforms including paid and organic social media, as well as E-commerce platforms. The videos increased awareness of the products and their key features along with helping conversion rates.

The project was managed from the brand's end, where we communicated informally through the sites messaging service. In terms of timelines, we were always flexible, however Alex always delivered the updates in a timely manner.

The quality of work. Over the years the brand has had similar videos produced from various freelancers, their work by far exceeded previous versions, thanks to the realistic nature of the videos they were able to create.

No major changes, everything from start to finish went perfectly - would recommend Alex and Orple Studio to any brands looking to create visually appealing product-focused assets.

After extensive research online and several conversations with different companies we came to the conclusion that Orple did offer the most flexibility and a personal approach to us as people and to our project by spending time getting to know us, our needs and expectations.

We requested several videos whereby a 3D rendering was required for each of the videos including monitors and tablets.

From basic monitors to fully featured ergonomic webcam monitors & tablet pc's were rendered and these were used to highlight the key features one by one with music and subtitles in various languages to ensure our video can be played in mute for exhibitions and the information is still clearly visible and readable shown in text and or graphic icons.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They worked closely with us and communicated regularly about the progress of each video in a timely manner always open and willing to listen and make required changes wherever required.

The timing was excellent and all videos were delivered within the given deadline. We were informed of all the stages and at each stage allowed to review and comment on the progress of the project to ensure the final product was to our liking and as desired.

The outcome was simply exceptional, we can now share our products in a more efficient and dynamic way, our engagement has increased and our digital media networks, our sales team and online presence has seen an increased interest in our products and services thanks to these videos.

The workflow was in one word, seamless. We truly are thankful to have found a company like Orple as it has changed everything for us and moreover we have an ongoing relationship whereby all our future product videos, corporate videos and company presentation animations will be made by Orple due to their know how, efficiency and professionalism.
