I’m the owner of Priority Risk Management Inc, an independent insurance agency with two locations in Indiana.

What challenge were you trying to address with Onya?

We were trying to develop our social media and online presence to generate new business and make our customers feel more comfortable with us. Since keywords in insurance are the highest cost per click, we wanted to go after organic growth to build our audience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Onya does our social media advertising and content marketing. They’ve walked us through how to do it. Once a month, they send us a list of all the social media posts they have planned and ask us for more ideas for content. When we’re trying to hire, they put out ads on LinkedIn and Facebook and add a form that applicants can fill out online to start the hiring process.

They’re also responsible for the creative assets. Onya asks us questions to craft the content around it. However, we can come up with any ideas on our own, and they post them. For example, my wife and daughter are both nurses, so I wanted to highlight that during Nurses week. Last year, I sent them a picture of them in their nursing uniform, and they created a couple of posts with them. We can write anything we want, but they customize it for our company. All in all, we can produce any content we want to put up.

Additionally, they’ve scheduled a meeting with a photographer to get candid shots of our staff to use in our social media ads.

What is the team composition?

Ashley (CEO & Lead Marketing Strategist) has assigned us an account manager as our point of contact. We don’t know how many people work on the content. 

How did you come to work with Onya?

I knew Ashley from her prior position. I thought she was very sharp; I even tried to hire her as my employee. However, she wanted to have her own marketing company.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $12,000. We currently pay $850 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in August 2020, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

What Onya has put together has been successful. Thanks to their work, we’re getting new business and much more brand awareness. We can’t measure the value, but our peers and other people notice what we’re doing and are impressed. For example, I was at a meeting today with many insurance agents; two agents came up to me independently and told me they loved our social media content.

Sometimes we call Ashley into our office and ask her how we can improve. We might look somewhere else to double-check they’re doing everything possible. Overall, they’re fantastic to deal with. They’re the third social media company we’ve hired, and we must say that their results have been better. We have a positive ROI, and they’re just on top. I’d highly recommend them to any business that wants to do online and content marketing.

How did Onya perform from a project management standpoint?

We get a weekly email and video report where they go through the results of the campaigns. We can see our statistics, how many likes we’ve gotten, how much our engagement is up or down, and what’s the most popular post. Then, they give us ideas on what we can do to create better content and have more success. Overall, they’re very proactive, and the communication is excellent.

They have a CRM, and we predominantly use emails for communication. Nonetheless, we can pick up the phone and call Ashley or our account manager anytime. They usually answer in less than an hour, and if we have to leave a message, they call back quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Communication is their biggest strength. Also, they’re great at teaching us what we need to do to improve our engagement.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback. At one point, we wanted to spend more money on an ad, and they explained to us with metrics how it’d be a waste of money. Not everybody would tell you to stop spending money with them.

Listen to what they tell you to do and don’t fight them. They’re the experts.

We partnered with Onya to help drive awanress, attendance and engagement in a city-wide Christmas campaign. The goal was to create an online invitation to users and drive them to Christmas-related events and experiences, while also dirivng engagement in our online social platforms. We looked to Onya to help create the strategy, creative and management of the campaign, allowing our team to focus on the post-conversion experiences with users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Onya delivered above and beyond what we could ask for. We saw a 20%+ increase in attendance at our events from the previous year, and we saw significant growth in our social platform following and user engagement (1,000+ additional followers and a 60% increase in engaement).

Onya was on top of every detail of project management. They delivered eveyrhting on time, and often ahead of deadline. If we had a question, request or needed something, they were quick to deliver and always happy to accomidiate our needs as a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

 Onya's campaign is our first successful managed campaign. We've beaten industry averages across the board nearly every month. We measure success through standard advertising metrics, including cost per click, impressions, CTR, link clicks, and conversions.

Onya sends me weekly and monthly performance reports that measure our CTR and CPC. Currently, our CTR for Meta is 1.00%, and CPC is $5.93. Google has a CTR of 4.35%, and CPC is $100.

Onya's project management is always outstanding, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently from start to finish. They always deliver on time. We meet monthly with our project manager via Zoom. Between our monthly calls, we use email as our main communication method.
