 Goal for Hiring Onscript  was to leverage specialized campaign expertise and scalable call center infrastructure to improve lead qualification, enhance warm transfer performance, strengthen compliance oversight, and drive measurable enrollment growth while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through our partnership with Onscript, we’ve seen measurable improvements in several key performance areas. Lead qualification standards were strengthened, resulting in improved transfer-to-application rates and better alignment between student intent and program eligibility. 
Compliance adherence increased through enhanced scripting controls and structured call monitoring, reducing risk and improving disclosure accuracy. Additionally, targeted coaching and performance optimization efforts contributed to more consistent agent quality scores and stronger overall warm transfer performance. The tool is very user friendly!

Onscript has been a great training tool for our agents and management team. Not only does it have a fully built out score card, it also transcripts calls so we can help our agents be more sucessful.

The onscript team is very repsonsive, are main form of commuincaton is slack currently. They make changes in real time as requested. They were also very helpful during the on boarding process through a virtual meetings.

That the AI system reads vocalytics and grades your employees based on their demeanor.
