Our Account Manager Krsita is fantastic - she is very organised, we have fortnightly WIPS and monthly reporting meetings, we have a WIP document where we track all projects. Krista is great at managing timelines and expectations.

The deep knowledge of the digital space, as well as the organisation and communication with our Account Manager Krista.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only piece of feedback, which has been raised and we are seeing improvement, is OMG coming to us with creative/innovative ideas/ways to innovate and enhance our campaigns.

We have a dedicated project manager - who mostly keeps in touch with us every two or so weeks, providing performance updates/reports, and scope on work in progress, making it easier to understand progress, and the efforts being implemented.

We've seen our company's presence on Google increase particularly for certain pages/certain keywords and also the amount of ranking key terms increased. We have seen an increase in net new resellers which is our overall goal, we would attribute some SEO effort to that.

Initially, we utilized email and a monthly catch up to discuss progress and activity. We found this wasn't enough and required more frequent communication, which has resulted in fortnightly 30-minute phone catch-ups. It was much more effective to ensure deliverables are met and gain a greater understanding of what was happening.

Their level of overall knowledge and skill in the field and ability to talk about it was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I feel expectations with meeting deadlines have not always been met, we were left chasing and asking questions a fair few times. Nonetheless, the quality of work turned around is strong.

We really wanted to understand the process, the likely outcomes, and what was involved before beginning. OMG was quite detailed with their explanations and confident with their forecasts. The price was not too low and not too high per month. We expected something in-between $1-2k per month as a small business with a small' ish website.

The team outlined a 6-month project plan for website improvements, content creation, link building, and backlinking and we systematically knocked out all the items together. I assisted with the on-page work but they also have developers that can do this if required.

We worked with 2 team members, an SEO Guru, and an Account manager that kept us posted every step of the way. Very happy with the professionalism and attention to detail.

Within 2 months we saw some basic improvements in our rankings which was encouraging, then after 3-6 months we really started to see the work pay off with greatly improved lead quality and more consistent leads. Website design, UX, conversion rate optimization, and structure plays a very important role in this improvement.

Regular monthly video catchups are a part of OMG's process and they keep you up to date with your detailed progress reports with each meeting. They are very attentive and proactive with strategy suggestions.

I really appreciated learning about what strategies work and having content written and implemented as part of the strategy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, pretty happy with the service. For best results, I would really suggest that whoever is appointed to work with them knows the business, customers, and market before beginning.

Our organic rating has increased significantly over the period and we have seen the result reflect in increased sales online and thru our shop.
