After we started working with OmiSoft team, we had a series of meetings where we discussed the main goals and objectives of the project. We have provided them with translated and localized materials corresponding to the English originals (texts, avatars, etc) and they managed to quickly build a Ukrainian version of the app.

They were also able to improve the initial code and other parameters, being constantly in touch with the global Oky technical team and advising them on best solutions to move forward. They have released the app on both AppStore and PlayMarket in the agreed timeframe despite many unforeseen challenges

The process of working with the Omisoft developers and our team was successful and fast-paced, because we were always in touch. All tasks were completed on time, the initiative of discussions was at the highest level. The management of OmiSoft was also actively connected to the work on our project and informed about all changes and events.

Because all tasks are completed on time, our workflow is stable, and we can move on to estimation and rarely exceed it. After the product's release, we usually receive only positive feedback, which indicates the high-quality work and professionalism of the developers.

We usually communicated with developers through Slack and Google Meet, and with managers, we could be in touch simultaneously through different messengers and mail. They always responded to questions and requests promptly, which helped us to establish good communication.

Since we started optimizing the website, we received better feedback from our customers, and we also got many partners and companies interested in our product. During the time of working on the application, our user base grew a lot, and a large percentage of them are completely satisfied with its use.

They were tasked with maintaining development work on the VR apps, support analytics, development program management, the launch of a new feature, testing and QA, bug triage and fixes, integration with platform-owned APIs, as well as UX design.
