We turned to Omisoft with the task of developing an educational application. We jointly drafted the Terms of Reference, outlined a roadmap and deadlines. We got an assessment of the project and suggestions for optimizing the processes within the application. Then the team made design and started developing, showing us intermediate results on a demo. We received the final version on time and in a form ready for use for the School.

This application was intended for our internal usage. It is not in the public domain. But after its implementation, we can optimize the school: the students have an accurate idea of ​​the lessons and the assessment process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked on the Agile methodology. Every week we were provided with reports, and every 2 weeks a demo was held. Communication was simple and fast.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We liked the creative approach from the team. They offered ideas for optimization and shared internal expertise on the product itself. Since Omisoft has rich experience with educational projects, it helped us a lot and saved a lot of hours. We are very grateful for their involvement in the project "as in your own."

Having a simple MVP version of the app which helped us to test our solution, we needed to develop a well-maintainable pixel-perfect production app for the end user.

We hired them to make an Android app that would allow our users to continuously monitor their glucose level. We kicked off by giving them our Figma design and a description about what we wanted to achieve. They came back to us with a proposal which was good for us.

Then we’ve defined milestones and development roadmap and started working. They’ve done the whole development process from the beginning and have demonstrated their ability to handle the entire lifecycle of implementing a product.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After developing the beautiful app we’ve moved one big step further to launching our main product. For now it’s too early to say about the outcomes, but we already have several pre-orders and the availability of the application is very supportive here.

We worked with developers like with our own employees. The communication was mainly using Skype, Trello and Telegram chats. Team is really easy to speak with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their developers were engaged in our project and came to us with ideas to improve the technical part of the project. We fit together very well, which I liked.

Are there any areas for improvement?

OmiSoft performed really well, but there’s always room for improvement. We had a tiny miscommunication about the roadmap in the beginning, but we’ve solved it.

We completed a more complex project than we could have done by ourselves. Our client was more than satisfied.

OmiSoft’s project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with all the necessary working materials at each stage. We used Slack for our communication. The responses to our messages were quick and informative.

We were impressed with how they maintained the quality of the code.

We were quite satisfied with their work. However, the workflow would have been better if they had also assigned a QA engineer to the project.

OmiSoft managed the full development of the AI chatbot. The scope of work included designing the conversation flows, training and integrating NLP models to handle health-related queries accurately, and developing the backend infrastructure for real-time chat functionality. The AI chatbot guided users through multi-step registration forms and automatically transferred them to a live agent whenever it could not answer a question.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project led to a significant reduction in registration drop-offs, as more users completed the onboarding process with real-time guidance. The AI chatbot handled a large portion of common support queries. This reduced the workload on the support team and allowed them to focus on more complex issues.

They were reliable and punctual. Communication was natural and efficient, and they quickly adapted to our internal processes. They consistently met deadlines, and it felt as though they were part of our own team.
