Our scope of work with Nuclieos is a full staff augmentation of developers and quality assurance team members.

The measurable outcomes are consistency and quality.  The Nuclieos team shares our philosophy that on-time deliveries with quality solutions are what keeps our clients happy and growing.

As a staff augmentation provider the Nuclieos team fell directly into our standard SDLC processes and were onboarded to a productive level very quickly. The Nuclieos team also manages our resource pool proactively to make sure vacations, holidays, and other forms of PTO are covered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The cultural fit is rare. Having employed hundreds of developers and dozens of providers in my career I can tell immediately who has it together and who doesn't. Nuclieos cares about their team members and it shows. This provides for easy alignment and from every aspect their leadership has always gone over and above the call of duty to make sure our team is solid. Impressive top-to-bottom.

No.

I'm the CEO of Luri Inc., a company that offers an AI-powered suite that streamlines legal education, legal writing, document creation, and case research. Our goal is to make legal processes and opportunities more accessible and efficient.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nuclieos?

We needed help with software development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nuclieos built AI-powered tools for us, handling both the front- and backend development. Their work included RAG, system prompting, prompt engineering, and software architecture consulting.

We worked with four teammates from Nuclieos.

How did Nuclieos perform from a project management standpoint?

Nuclieos always delivered on time and responded well to our needs. We primarily communicated via Slack and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had good communication with Nuclieos. They were self-starters and had innovative ideas for AI solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, I just wish we had more capital so we could keep working with them. As soon as we can afford it, we will rehire them.
