They have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and a demonstrable track record of helping my business achieve higher rankings (we’ve been in the number 1 or 2 position for the highest volume keywords in our sector for several years now), so they are clearlu super responsive to the needs of my business. We work on strategies for new markets collaboratively, and their response to challenges that arise (which doesn't happen very often I have to say) is lightening fast.

As a remote team (they are located in Europe while we are in the USA) there is a potential for a lag in response time, but I've never experienced this.
