I'm co-owner and CMO at Newlook School. It's the international educational platform, our main goal is to create high-quality, informative, and relevant courses, marathons, and masterclasses.

We started with a meeting, followed by a briefing. Then, they developed a strategy with a list of actions and KPIs. We discussed many examples and concepts before finalizing the strategy. Now, they are effectively implementing the planned actions.

I am the marketing director of a coffee company. We roast coffee beans and sell them to B2B and B2C markets in Ukraine, Poland and Romania.

We had several tasks: 1. develop and implement a social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram 2. Increase the number of followers on these social networks by 50% 3. Increase the number of sales through social networks by 3 times

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked for references from our business partners. We made a list of the top 3 and sent them a test task. Norleaf did the best job in our opinion. We signed a test contract with them for 3 months. We were satisfied with the results of the test cooperation. Then we continued the contract.

First, we gave the guys our goals and what we want to change. Then they audited our social media. We discussed their recommendations and approved the work plan. Set intermediate goals for 3 months. Then the guys took up the creation and posting of content, held several activities (giveaways, cooperation with trendsetters), and launched several advertising campaigns through the Meta ads manager. They set up reports in Google Analytics and taught us how to read them correctly.

All communication with us was conducted by the project manager. But we had working meetings with the owner of the company Nordleaf, a designer, videographer, and photographer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The results were successful. We increased the number of followers on Instagram by 60%. Increased sales almost 4 times. Returned 30% of customers with the help of remarketing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At the beginning of the cooperation, we had meetings once a week. On them, we corrected the work plans and formed the terms of reference. By the end of the cooperation, the guys themselves understood what we needed and called up once a month to discuss the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most of all, we were impressed by the company's case studies. At that time, they worked with large businesses much more than us. Even after the end of cooperation, we turn to Nordleaf for advice when we launch new advertising campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the beginning of the cooperation, we had disagreements in design. But after a couple of months of work, they began to impress us.
