The extent of the project was very wide and the allegations against NipsApp were the design and development of a fully explorable virtual city inside of a Metaverse environment, including a multiplayer mode, customizable rewards, and the existence of social masses of people in real-time, and NFT-supportive assets so that it is then scaled up. Moreover, they built the backend architecture of the world, multi-device optimized it, collaborated closely with our creative division to maintain uniformity in the brand. Their products included the overall 3D environment design, the interactive gameplay aspects, and an image-perfect integration of their products with our community tools.

The end product was beyond our anticipations, and the online community engagement strategy quickly placed the virtual world established by NipsApp at the center stage.  Players could easily connect and events did not go askew and our partners found the refined and immersion in the experience were really good. More than aesthetic, the landscape was by nature stable, secure and flexible enough to suit our long term content plans.

The scope of work involved all the phases of gamification process, including the idea of the reward structure and achievement system, as well as the development of mini-games that were literally incorporated into baking lessons. Interactive badges, progression levels and a leaderboard system were also utilized to make the experience more of a journey, as opposed to a task. One of the most remarkable deliverables that were introduced was the Baker Quest aspect that allowed users to receive rewards after completing a challenge like the Perfect Cupcake, Bread Master, thus making the learning process incredibly rewarding.

The outcomes were more than what we had expected. The interaction between the user in the application also increased significantly and the community started to share their progress online, which increased our organic presence and solidified the loyalty of the users. The efforts of NipsApp generated an objective impact on user satisfaction and total time of users in the app.
