NipsApp Game is our outsourced development partner. Their team helped us deliver an AR and VR app based in Unity. In addition to Unity, they used Oculus and VIVE to build the iOS and Android app. Their team also built a server-side app for hosting our content. They used Firebase and other technologies.

Later in our partnership, we hired internal resources to support production. NipsApp Game helped upskill and onboard those internal team members. We also provided them with an email address, and on many occasions, NipsApp Game has communicated with clients via email on our behalf.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We wouldn’t be a leader in agricultural immersive tech without NipsApp Game. They have greatly contributed to our success. Their team was also willing to help train internal staff members, which was an amazing contribution. It enabled us to move on from using NipsApp Game on a daily basis.

NipsApp Game adds value to our partnership by giving us new ideas. We could always outsource to a company that completes a brief but not always find a company that offers us new ways to think. NipsApp Game joins us at the helm and contributes at a strategic level, which is really important.

We use Monday to manage the relationship. They also use a time tracking tool, so their team provides us with a breakdown of their daily activities. Their team is not only behind the scenes but also on the front line because we gave them an internal email address. Treeview has always met deadlines. It initially costs a bit more to develop a commons of code but there’s a lot more profit in future projects because we’re able to use the code. Treeview understood our business’s long-term goals and developed a code library that we can reuse in future projects. That has allowed us to be not only more profitable but also confident because we can build on that foundation.

The software maintained a locked 60 FPS frame rate, ensuring fluid animation and responsiveness that vastly outperformed the legacy solution. The implementation of lossless zoom allowed visitors to read fine text on historical docents at max magnification without pixelation. All 3D assets and reconstructed scenes passed 100% of the historical accuracy checks conducted by museum curators. The deployed solution demonstrated zero downtime during stress testing and seamless integration with our existing audiovisual control systems.We noticed a significant increase in the time children spent at the stations. 
The improved visual fidelity and responsive zoom encouraged visitors to explore the content in depth rather than just glancing at it. Since the upgrade, technical support requests for these specific stations dropped to zero.
