We tasked NewReputation with the goal of increasing awareness to a new social responsibility campaign. Increase visibility to a younger audience and include an international reach.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We recieved reporting on the visibility and engagement of each campaign. Including specific statistics regarding social media, journalist pickups, and website visits. We created a specific landing page that was only visibile through this specific campaign so they could test what avenues were delivering the most traffic.

Overall the team was very organized. They delivered each task on time and were very open to impromptu meetings. The project manager was open to discussing new ideas and tranparent throughout the process. The reporting was well organized and easy to digest.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out was their investment in the success of the campaign. They were dedicated to commiting the appropriate amout of time and money to ensure our project acheived a sucessful outcome. They were always accessible and transparent throughout the entire campaign.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NewReputation could have done differently?

The company would have benefited from more media connections. This is one drawback of a smaller company is their limited connections in the industry to leverage new audiences.

I am the managing partner of an independent third party research and analytics company.

For what projects/services did your company hire NewReputation?

We wanted to increase our online reputation in order to gain more customers and grow our business. We also required a social media listening strategy in order to get involved in topics and conversation that were relevant to our company and improve our service.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached out to several companies in this space and received a few proposals. Ultimately we decided that we wanted to hire a manager for the project opposed to the software that most companies were offering. We had our initial consultation with them and decided that they were right for the project.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had an onboarding call which we discussed all of our current websites and social media profiles. We then decided which we wanted to focus the most attention on and they developed an outline of exactly how they would reach those goals. Once the project began there were weekly meeting that we discussed progress and strategy.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the campaign manager who we met with on a regular basis by phone and video meeting. We received the monthly reporting from the service manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were able to increase our social media followers and we immediate started to notice there were more mentions of our company and people sharing our resources and analysis. The results were apparent from our search results which displayed several new profiles that really looked impressive to anyone researching us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The monthly reporting was very detailed and discussed everything for our keywords to local listing score. It gave a much better idea of what we should be focusing on improving. Our campaign manager was very accessible and worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They did a substantial amount of research before the project began. Competitor analysis and industry research that gave us a better understanding of exactly where we needed to be in order to be competitive. Their knowledge of SEO and product tools that would be helpful is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They used alot of marketing terminology in our initial emails that was confusing but once we had our call and they knew our audience that was cleared up pretty quickly.
