Bookolo System is a Prague-based hospitality technology company providing a complete online ecosystem for hotels. Our core products include the Bookolo Booking Engine, a Channel Manager distributing rates and availability to OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb, a Voucher Shop, Wellness & Spa reservation module, Online Check-in, and CRM tools for offers, emailing, and analytics. The platform integrates with 50+ third-party systems, including PMS solutions and payment gateways. Beyond software, we provide hotel websites, digital marketing, and branding services all focused on one goal: maximizing direct bookings and reducing hotels' dependence on OTA commissions. Today, more than 970 hotels across Europe run on Bookolo, including major groups such as CZECH INN HOTELS and CPI Hotels, and the platform continues to grow.

The scope of work covers the full lifecycle of the Bookolo platform – from initial concept in 2012 to ongoing development and operations today. Newlogic Digital acts as our complete technology and creative partner: they designed the architecture, developed every component of the system, and continue to maintain, redesign, and extend it based on our product roadmap and client feedback. In recent years, the scope has expanded to include AI adoption – automating internal and hotel-facing processes and deploying AI agents within the platform. Work is delivered by a dedicated team covering development, UX/UI design, branding, and marketing, with over $8 million invested across 14 years of continuous cooperation.
Key deliverables:
Bookolo Booking Engine – a fully responsive reservation system for accommodation facilities of any type and size, with tools for maximizing direct bookings (packages, promo codes, pop-ups, last-room availability)

Work is organized around a shared product roadmap – larger features and redesigns are planned as defined projects with clear timelines, while continuous development, maintenance, and integrations run as an ongoing agile process. We work with a dedicated team that knows our platform deeply, which eliminates the onboarding overhead you would normally face with an external vendor.
Delivery has been on time and predictable. When priorities shift – which in the hospitality market happens often – they re-plan transparently and communicate the impact on timelines rather than letting deadlines slip silently.
Their responsiveness is one of the main reasons the partnership has lasted this long. Critical issues affecting hotel operations are treated with real urgency, and feature requests coming from our clients are evaluated and often incorporated into the roadmap. Very few companies can build a complex booking platform with 50+ integrations and design a brand identity that still feels timeless a decade later.
Second, they think like partners, not suppliers. They understand the hospitality business, challenge our ideas when they see a better path, and proactively bring new technology to the table – most recently AI automation and AI agents, which they proposed and implemented before we even asked for it.

This is a natural consequence of their growth, and priority items have never been affected, but it is something to plan around.
In the very early years of the cooperation, documentation of the system was weaker – but once the partnership settled in, this was fully resolved, and today everything is properly documented for both maintenance and further development.
