I'm a product manager at Roamless, a telecommunications company. We provide a global eSIM solution that offers affordable, no-expiry mobile data and calling in over 200 destinations, eliminating roaming charges and the need to swap SIM cards for travelers.

We needed help scaling our mobile app and website to new regions and languages as the company expands. We also needed translations with context.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Native Localization handles our full localization program across 11 languages, including Italian, Turkish, Spanish, French, Chinese, Korean, Russian, German, Dutch, Arabic, and Japanese. On the app side, they work across both iOS and Android, translating the string files and syncing deliveries to our release schedule so localized versions ship at the same time as the English update. Nothing goes out late. For the website, the scope covers the checkout flow, navigation, product and feature pages, banners, pop-ups, and partner pages. They also handle our email templates, the User Stories section, product naming, and content coming out of our content engine. Every delivery goes through terminology checks, translation, linguistic QA, and a final review before anything goes live. It's ongoing work, regular updates rather than a one-time project, and it runs reliably in the background as we expand. Moreover, Native Localization is responsible for integrating translations into Framer. Anything else goes through Crowdin.
