We’re working with Kaleb (Owner), and he’s our main lead. He also has other folks working on his side.

I found Kaleb on Upwork, and he had to go through a proposal process together with other competitors. I like some of the designs they created and appreciated the creativity that he brought to his clients.

Though Kaleb’s company was still young, we decided to use his services because he was agile and open to adapting to what we needed. We didn’t think an established company would be amenable to that.

I’m really thankful that our working relationship has grown and that we’ve become true partners after we got through the onboarding process. Our internal marketing team is very hard to please and Nation Media Design has been able to build great rapport with them. We really appreciate the services they provide. Overall, they’re performing very well.

Once the onboarding process was done, everything has been going well. We communicate 95% of the time through email and sometimes, we call each other. The team can also text me whenever they need an immediate answer. My team uses their service ticket system, too.

Their desire to please and understand their customers is impressive. They know what results we need and they’re invested in helping us fulfill our objectives. We also admire their solid teamwork.

The project was multi-layered and ran on two parallel tracks, website and digital marketing  which made it quite an undertaking. On the website side, they kicked things off with a thorough site audit, digging into our architecture, load times, mobile responsiveness, SEO elements, and overall user experience. From there, they moved into a full redesign, building out a modern, responsive interface with high-resolution imagery and a streamlined structure that made navigating our vast resources intuitive and enjoyable.

They also handled all the technical heavy lifting. CSS and JavaScript minification, image compression, meta tag updates, and XML sitemap submission. Running alongside that, they built out our digital marketing strategy from the ground up.

On LinkedIn, they developed targeted content and networking strategies to engage industry professionals and position Coverings as a thought leader. Bounce rate dropped by 15%, and our Google Ads CPA came in at $51.50 — $2.02 better than the industry average. The website ranks well, traffic is up, and the calls are coming in.

Achieving a cost per click of $7.00 against an industry average of $8.67, while also hitting a 12.60% conversion rate against a benchmark of just 2.35%, is not something many agencies can pull off. They didn't just spend our budget; they made every dollar work harder.

Not much to fault here. The click-through rate came in at 2.62%, slightly below the industry benchmark of 2.87% but as Nation Media explained, that tradeoff was intentional to prioritize higher conversions over raw clicks. It worked. If anything, earlier implementation of the seasonal campaigns could have unlocked even more growth, but overall the experience was excellent.

A little more hand-holding during that specific stage would have been helpful for our internal staff. The project unfolded in two major parts. The first was the SEO transformation. Nation Media began with a comprehensive audit of our existing website, identifying critical areas for improvement. They implemented key SEO upgrades including meta tag updates, keyword optimization, and site structure improvements. 
They then refreshed and rebuilt existing pages to align with SEO best practices and developed new content  including service pages and blogs targeting high-value keywords. From there, they moved into ongoing SEO management, regularly monitoring and updating strategies using tools like Ahrefs to track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth. The second part involved managing our merger with CollectRX. 
Nation Media had actually been working with CollectRX for three years prior, managing and rebuilding their website. When CollectRX merged with Wakefield & Associates, Nation Media undertook a thorough revamp of our website to reflect the new unified branding and organizational structure. 
They updated design elements, content, and functionality to deliver a seamless user experience, and then implemented a robust post-merger SEO and content strategy to support our expanded services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results speak for themselves. Our top 3 keyword positions increased by 18, with us now ranking for 203 keywords. Our 4-10 position rankings increased by 20, now covering 227 keywords. Our 11-50 position rankings grew by 60, reaching 474 keywords. Most impressively, our total organic keywords grew to 1,515. 
These numbers represent a dramatic improvement in our online visibility, driving significantly more organic traffic and potential client leads to our business. The post-merger website revamp also ensured a smooth and professional digital transition for our unified brand.
