The project is ongoing, but till now we can see the project is going to be far more better than we expected.

In one word - Fantastic.

Mythics Design is always on time about collaboration. They're always ready to implement something in to project to make it extraordinary.

I think they are charging little bit high than market rate but the work they did for our company is worth to pay high.

We needed help with UI/UX design for our web and mobile apps. People can go on our app and search for things that relate to the blockchain industry.

They developed an understanding of what we were trying to achieve and then did the UI/UX design for our web and mobile apps. Sometimes we provided wireframes, but most of the time they listened to us and took notes. They worked in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Mythics Design was recommended to us. Their proposal took into account our budget limitations and showed their knowledge of the UI/UX, so I knew they were the best company for us.

They went to work immediately, starting with a series of calls and meetings. Mythics design had charted out the whole strategy as to how they are going to achieve the desired goal in time. They are currently working on our last task of designing the landing page.

What was the team composition?

We work closely with our account manager, who assigns the work to their team. I also get calls from their CEO to make sure everything is working smoothly, which has been a nice touch.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first few months seeing there charted strategy my team was so happy that we opted for them as the UI/UX the carved out was very user-friendly. Plus, they understand our limitations and work with us to stay within budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been smooth. The only delays have been on our end, as we sometimes have conflicting schedules. It helps that we can easily exchange feedback about their work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It says a lot that their CEO takes the time to call and see if I’m satisfied with their efforts. The overall expertise of the people I've worked with has been impressive.

I don't think so just keep up the good work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MythicsDesign provided concept-based logo designs. For a blog, they created a logo based on the concept of a happy child. All of our projects have involved graphic and UX design, without any development or content production.

We’ve worked with one main contact, but I believe the design team was made up of 8–10 people.

We chose them because they understood our concepts and provided professional work.

What were your goals for this project?

Mythics Design's Goal for this project was to revamp the entire website of the client in terms of the design and the UX. The bigger challenge in this case was to ensure existing users don't have a hard time navigating around the new Website.

Mythics also had to design the Android and iOS Apps which were 2 in number (One for the Carer and One for Parents)

How did you select this vendor?

My Company Alpha OBS LLP has been working with Mythics Design for the past 3-3.5 Years. On what started as a single website design project alliance turned into a partnership that has lasted long since 3.5 years. Mythics is so impeccable in their work that we have 15 employees in house and we still outsource our design work to them instead of keeping in-house resources.

Describe the project in detail.

The project is a platform thats used to connect Care Providers with Parents who require their Care Services. This includes Au Pairs, Nannies, Pet Minders etc. Mythics Design had the role to come up with a Design and a User Flow which would keep things similar to the current flow in order to prevent the Client's existing Customers from facing a issue with figuring out the new flow. At the same time they had to ensure the design looked drastically different than the older version. The only thing we provided to Mythics was the old designs and a few documents explaining the functionality of the Website.

What was the team composition?

I was in touch with 2 people from the Vendor's side - Mr. Bhargav Godhani and Mr. Ankur Kunasgara. There was no change in size of the team over the duration of the project. Mythics at certain points was also directly in touch with our client to prevent communication gaps.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I cant share improvement in terms of metrics since i dont have the authority to do so without consulting the client, though the client was extremely happy with the way things were completed and how smooth everything was. The best feedback we could receive from the client was the reference of another company whose project we are now carrying out and whose design work is being handled by Mythics as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We and Mythics have always had a very smooth workflow between us due to a couple of factors, like same timezone and excellent relations between the both parties. We mainly communicate using Skype but i can totally vouch for Mythics because these guys at times in case of emergencies have replied back and answered calls late at night. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their constant ability to improve and make things better as well as educate us of new trends in the market. They make it a point to show us the latest trends going on in the market and examples of designs in line with this trend and tell us why one approach is better than the other.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None so far. Everything from their ability to get things done on a short notice to getting things done at competitive rates has ensured we stick with them for such a long time and will continue to do so.

since the launch of shradhanjali.com and keepquoting.com we have been getting constant inquires where people wish to know more about the designers of above said websites.

I have been referring mythics design across my professional and personal network whenever I am asked abuot ux/ui design or web and app design inquiries.

It was perfect. They were accessible and available whenever we needed them.

friendly approach, professional founders who have head on their shoulders and they know their domain better than most of the people.
