I'm the general manager of Opel Solutions, an IT company. We're a San Diego-based digital agency offering digital marketing, e-commerce, web development, software solutions, and design services to help businesses grow and succeed online.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in the number of leads on our website's contact form and higher engagement and lead generation from our email campaigns. We had a 20% increase in email clicks and a 25% increase in contact form submissions. These improvements have been sustained for now.

How did My Consumer Brand perform from a project management standpoint?

All deliverables were on time, and communication was prompt. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
