They started with developing the brand strategy and brand architecture, then moved on to the content strategy for the website. It was an extensive process based on intensive research, including interviews with our internal team. Once the content was approved, their team started designing. The design was based on the strategy and final approved content.
They provided us with two different concepts that were both visually engaging. We ended up finalizing the first concept that was pitched to us. Their team worked closely with ours on every step of the process, from the Home Page to the Contact Page. There was a minimum amount of changes required from their original design. The development of the website took a little longer than expected, but overall their delivery was on time and we were happy with the end result.

We worked with the creative director, brand strategist, project manager, lead designer, front-end and back-end developer.

There were many custom animations used on our website. All these animations were hard-coded, custom interactive animations that were quite complex. But the Multia team tackled this complexity with aplomb and delivered beautiful results that were completely customized to the design of the website.

Describe the project in detail.
Our site details the economics and conditions of our services and our Initial Coin Offering. The site guides users through the pitfalls of the dermatology industry and our proposed solutions. We have a value-driven system using our Ethereum-backed token—the Opu Coin (OPU). These tokens are given to customers who make a contribution to our collection of platforms. If a customer submits their skincare data to our AI platform or signs up for a dermatologist’s clinical trial, they can use OPU tokens as payment on our site.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have seen tremendous interest in our ICO and our range of services. The initial number of users and uploaded user images has far exceeded our expectations. It is wonderful to see our community growing at such an impressive rate. We have brought on new community managers to keep pace with our ascent.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We worked effectively using Trello and other communication and file-sharing tools. We always found Multia to be responsive to our requests.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their designs are appealing, and they conducted the appropriate research for our project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Some phases of our project are still in the process of being completed, but we have not experienced any roadblocks yet.

Logo design was a big project, since it was more personal than strategic. It had to personify our brand archetype and serve as the starting point for our brand's future path.

We received a logo and website that reflect our brand identity and set a clear brand tone. The logo project was handled beautifully. They completed understood our brief, and this was the first time that we didn’t suggest any reworks or changes. The website design process was equally smooth, with minimal changes.

Everything was seamless. Their communication and scheduling were perfect. I appreciated that they never dropped the ball on communication. If there were delays, they informed us well beforehand.

Their work, workflow, brief appreciation, communication—everything. It's rare to come across an agency that manages everything so well. Usually it's one or the other.
