The goal of the project is to produce and edit the videos highlighting different ecommerce products.

After searching a few options, I came across MotionGility who is capable to take the continuous flow of work and ready for a long term relationship.

I want to have the videos edited to fit the product and company specification. The videos are actually the series of videos which needs to be updated according to product specification.

I was allocated a Project Manager for sharing each and every update of the videos without any delay. The communication was really smooth.

We used the videos as part of our ecommerce service and it turned out very well.

The team was very effective in co-operating for each request and updating me for each of my inputs during the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part about MotionGility is the way they deal with their clients. They make sure that the client is a part of the entire process and create a great sense of reliability.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is always a chance of improvements and I hope they will find theirs. For me they did a great job.

The goal was to make the explainer video in two languages and then translate and sync the video in 6 more languages.

I approached a number of vendors and found MotionGility to be the quickest to deliver under our set budget.

We wanted an animated video explaining the app with an animated character in the video highlighting the important features of the app. We had quite a few number of discussions over the type of video design and the kind of video. After the initial 3 test samples and corrections we came to a final decision over the type and the design.

The vendors communication and feedback was timely without any sorts of delay which made the completion of the project smooth and quick.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched the videos on youTube and also added them as the tutorial in the new versions of the app and there was a steady growth in users of different demographs and this was satisfying to see as the video served its purpose.

The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. Their team gave us a clear idea of when we would see each draft of the video, and they stuck to that timeline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive part was that there weren't any kinds of delays as such and all the corrections were done quite promptly saving us a significant amount of time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not as far as I think so, maybe sometimes there could be some minor errors at times which their QA should efficiently observe and correct in the final check.

What challenge were you trying to address with MotionGility?

We faced some communication challenges. I wanted to interact with my customer base and share information about holiday promotions and our mission in general.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They made two two-minute videos that I used for my marketing materials. One was a thank you video to my clients that wished them a happy holiday season. The other video was for new customers. It explained my company and communicated what I do. Both videos were animated, and they did all the production work for each. We worked out the characters I wanted, and we created an avatar for me. We ultimately didn't use the avatar, but I'd like to revisit that for later videos.

They used some of my photos, then they built animation around that. Once the videos were completed, I sent them to my client base. I have a studio and an online shop for the skincare products I sell. I have a large database that I communicate with regularly.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two main people at their company.

How did you come to work with MotionGility?

I found them through Upwork. I interviewed several companies, but MotionGility really popped. Their work was high-quality, and they were so nice.

How much have you invested with them?

I don't remember the exact amount, but the total cost was less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2017. They completed both videos within about three months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I got a lot of responses after the videos went live. Our analytics spiked, and the videos made a positive impression on my client base. The effort created a much more impactful message than my normal emails.

How did MotionGility perform from a project management standpoint?

They're wonderful and very well-organized. They're clearly dedicated to their craft, and people who saw the videos loved their work. They're a really great team, and they feel very close and engaged. They were easy to work with, and our communication was seamless.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really understood my needs and provided quality work. They asked a lot of questions at the beginning, and they were always interested in my feedback. I was a part of their process, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they should improve. I would definitely recommend them, and would love to work with them again.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come up with a look board before you reach out to them. If you go to them with an idea of your personal style, you will save a lot of time in the design process.

After the video, we posted this video on our social media pages also we add this video to our presentations to explain our project. All the people who watched the animation loved so much. It helped people to understand our product better.

Here I would like to add a suggestion that they can try to offer some subscription services to their clients and hence can have a long term collaboration.

What were your goals for this project?

To educate investors about how easy it is to invest in Uvocoin, a new gaming cryptocurrency during its pre-launch phase. To simplify the myth behind crypto and why people who missed out on buying Bitcoin when it first launched should invest now in Uvocoin.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We selected MotionGility after going through a selection process with 3 suppliers. We had specific criteria about the skills and experience needed within a company to understand our brief and deliver on our requirements. MotionGility clearly demonstrated their experience not just through their understanding of what was required but through their extensive video portfolio.

Once we selected MotionGility, we briefed the team on the key objectives of the video. We collectively set out a basic wireframe of the story and provided them a script for the voice over. MotionGility then developed an end to end wireframes with text in place allowing us to visualize the video.

On approval we received a comprehensive set of designs. Following some design iterations we approved the graphics. The slides were animated and a voiceover recorded and a final cut sent to us for approval. The end product was approved and the final high res video was supplied.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They communicated us at regular points of the creative process and held Skype calls with us to clarify any issues that needed to be addressed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new video has just been developed and will form the main element on our landing page and sign up process. We have already shared it on our social media sites and it has been very well received.

Communication was always quick and effective and Komal always kept us updated on project process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were all impressed with the video animations and frame transitions. Their animation team clearly understood what we wanted to achieve and really over delivered in this area of their work.

I think that as far as MotionGility are concerned nothing came to light to suggest they needed to improve any area of their service. On many occasions it was our company that slowed the development process down by missing a number of key deadlines that we in fact set ourselves.
