User-friendly and high converted business definitely. We need the website visitor can view products and personalize their stationery on our website easily. So, they can easily take action and convert in the end. Also, needs the website ranking to be improved especially on the wedding invitation and canvas keyword. We need the website to be easily updated on our end.

I've been working with lots of web designers on another website before. One of the website they created has bugs. And they are not responsive which ruins our company a lot. When I approached Makkpress, Emma is the one serve me. She is superb! She answers all my questions and doubts. She replied to my message almost instantly which surprised me because most of the vendors I had were not that responsive.

Emma used Trello to communicate with me which I really like. It is systematic and I suppose it is easier for her communication with her team too. Emma also scheduled a call with me for further discussion.

I talk to Emma for the whole process and she dealt with the designer which is easier for me.

Yup. I saw the sandbox link they sent. The team patiently edits the changes needed, which I really appreciate.

Emma gave us frequent updates about progress. Whenever I have any questions or edits, she communicates with the team and gets back to me. So far everything is good.

Customer service. In the online world, everyone expects everything almost instantly. So that is the thing I love about.

If everything can be done faster, it will be extra merit. But I know quality things take time.
