This phase also involved the creation of marketing collateral, initially focusing on our two primary brands, Enrista and Boston, along with their respective product ranges. The outcomes of this phase not only set the foundation for effective brand management across the Jumbo Brands portfolio but also significantly enhanced our speed to market, success rates, and reduced risk for future product launches, acting as a key enabler for product innovation.
Phase 2 is a retained based service ring fencing our team to support the ongoing marketing needs of Jumbo Brands. Our team will function as your own in house marketing team, supporting your NPD initiatives, brand management, marketing and sales team support. This proposal outlines

They also developed all website content, design and development for the website.
