To create a paid media plan for Meta Ads, to drive more ICPs towards my coaching mentorship. I nedeed a plan that would give me confidence that I could attract a healthy pipeline of leads into my business.

It was the playbook itself. I was very clear from the start that I was looking for expert-level guidance and insights.

Alicia and Daniel were exceptional at helping to develop the creative and practical approach to my Meta Ads campaign. They walked me through the visuals and the ad delivery mechanism, and I had access to this all via Slack. It was super-efficient, because it was async, so I didn't need to carve out time from my day to hop on endless calls.

Kirsten was also very good at helping to guide me through the process, answering any questions I had quickly and efficiently.
My first call with Tiago was what sold it. His knowledge of Meta Ads is second to none and is backed with commercial knowledge. What I really liked though is that his team took hold of my project with comfort and confidence.

Honestly, the strategy behind everything. A lot of agencies jump straight into the ads and delivery, but Macedo Marketing took time to understand my business first. They didn't just rush into the 'doing'. I really liked this about them, and the team was also very responsive and capable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Macedo Marketing could have done differently?

Nothing of any note. I was involved as much as I expected to be, but no more than necessary.
