What was the team composition?

We worked with Sophie, a digital advertising specialist and Brianna. LYFE really rolled out the red carpet for us, even though we’re one of their smaller customers. It was really an all hands-on deck situation and they didn’t disappoint in the least.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to increase our closing rate by 30% and double our new clients in the first two months. Our bottom line also increased by about 20%, so the ROI was amazing.

We didn’t have a single issue with their team. They were polite, available, and good listeners.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

LYFE has rapid customer service. Their ability to generate real awareness, leads, and sales, proved immensely important in forming our nice. They were relatable and up to date with current events both in our field and more generally. One of the benefits also proved to be working with Brianna and Sophie. Their knowledge and experience proved to be heads above the rest of the firms we spoke with.

They started with an onboarding call that lasted about an hour. Next, they formulated an overall strategy that we reviewed and discussed. Lastly, they devised a content calendar that was reviewed by me and published by LYFE.

What was the team composition?

I worked mainly with Hayden on their marketing team who had a team of specialists. On my account, I had an advertising specialist and a social media specialist.

We went from no online sales to 128 purchases in the first 3 months working with LYFE.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team communicates very well. They always respond to my emails or calls within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It felt like they been down my road before. Anytime I had a question or problem, LYFE knew exactly how to solve it. Their experience and customer service are outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would recommend that they send their deliverables at least two weeks before the next month, for an ample amount of time to review everything. Otherwise, the service was superb.

We did a lot of searching and felt that they suited our corporate climate the best.

Lyfe designed a website and set up our Facbook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. They also helped us to manage complex content on those platforms.

Our partnership began with sales intake, then establishment of a contract. From that point, we engaged with senior management to discuss web design and marketing messages.

We have attracted a fantastic following across all of the platforms that they manage. Their promotion has also produced a flurry of calls.

We have had seamless and immediate responses from them. They are a professional crew.

Their knowledge of how to market an idea. We are not experts, but they are. They also tackled some deeply contextual legal issues, which surprised us.
