In the beginning we had multiple meetings with Shaye to discuss our vision, what we expected from the company, and what we expected from her in regards to our social media and ad management. It essentially turned into weekly and monthly check-ins, usually to cover deliverables and make sure Lyfe was on track with our vision.

I worked closely with Shaye to confirm deliverables and make sure the posts going out were what we had in mind.

We increased our following, as well as published multiple avenues for investment, interaction, etc. We also established a larger presence on Instagram and Facebook, which was the goal.

Very effective. Timely responses, accurate deliverables, follow-ups with objectives that may not have been clear. Very smooth.

Their timely responses, keen understanding of our vision, and thorough communication were impressive.

Captions could have been less cheesy, but I ultimately gave them all the green light so that isn't all on Lyfe.

After the beginning they assured us that they were the right people so I set a high budget and let them begin, it was obvious after the beginning though they did not have the competence and my in house guy knew way more than the person in charge of the account, we asked for changes and either never got them or got them late. Worst Company Ever!

It is very effective. Lyfe team has already a built in structure that can be customized to any business. Personally, I feel like they apply the best business practices to everyone and then customize accordingly.

How easy to start up the project. They have a very smooth on-boarding process that I really appreciated.

Maybe if Lyfe can have a specialized team for different business types. This should allow account managers to easily understand the client business and offer up front recommendations.
