What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Lumitech's work, our mobile app is much faster and easier to use. We've also looked at the code quality, and it's much better than the prior version. For example, we used to have problems with screens loading, which sometimes took seconds based on the architecture and a mobile-heavy logic. Now, screens load in less than 100 milliseconds on average.Moreover, our compliance rate, which indicates how participants stay engaged on the platform, has grown to more than 80%. It was lower than 50% before, so these are major improvements for our business.

How did Lumitech perform from a project management standpoint?

Generally speaking, Lumitech works hard to meet their timelines. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lumitech cares about code quality and best practices.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they had chosen to understand the original codebase a bit better before starting the new codebase, as we missed some key features. Part of the problem was that the old codebase was quite poorly written and hard to understand.
