I’m the digital marketing manager for Autoline Insurance Group. We provide insurance products for both personal and commercial lines. I ensure that our core marketing activities and key strategies are developed, executed, and implemented across the digital suite of platforms that we use from websites, apps, social media, PPC, SEO and the activation techniques and content types that we incorporate.

What challenge were you trying to address with Loud Mouth Media?
The insurance market is extremely competitive. We wanted to make sure that our brand comes up front and center as much as possible, ahead of our competitors.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Because they’re a Google partner, they have access to beta products, which means that we get to use new tools and techniques that our competitors don’t.
At the moment, we’re embarking on new campaign activity that will bring us to the end of the year. We’re introducing new techniques with YouTube that no other provider in the marketplace has right now.
They look at our Google Analytics and do analysis in terms of how our brand is featured when customers search for car insurance. On the back of the search, they get insights and then conjure up a bespoke PPC activity plan, which includes customer affinity matching and cross-checks with other lifestyle products the customers looked at.
At the end of the month, they do a summary and a monthly report for us, which are focused on their results. They often help us with our creative brainstorming as well to ensure that what we are putting out there is going to resonate and be relevant, drive conversions to the website, and ultimately result in sales.
What is the team composition?
We work with about 5–6 people. We work with the managing director, the commercial director, and an account manager and his associated team members.
How did you come to work with Loud Mouth Media?
Through our current strategic agency lead.
How much have you invested in them?
The fees are determined on the output. We buy the media and PPC activities based on product. For example, this year we are doing an activity for car insurance for young drivers for farm and van, and last year, it was only car insurance. We have been expanding our PPC activity into more product lines over the years. We spend maybe 10% on their fees.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in 2016 and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The engagement we’re seeing from customers with activities that Loud Mouth has put in place is unrivaled by any other brand activities that I have ever done, particularly, with YouTube. They are always focused on ensuring that they put our corporate objectives front and center and use the right activation platforms and techniques to drive the sales through.
They give us great value for our money. They put all their effort into making sure that your money goes as far as possible. If brands get the results they are looking for, they’re going to stay with them. The intricate activities that they do set them apart from the rest. No one else in the marketplace even comes close to offering what they do. Their customer service is above and beyond. We would be lost without them. They understand our brand. They have truly shone and shown their true worth.

They are proactive, and they truly are an extension of our team. They are very quick to showcase anything that is new and explain the benefits. We usually go with their recommendations because we trust them and we always see great results in the end. Often, we are first to market with the techniques that they employ. They understand our brand, but they also understand the customer’s behaviors and mindsets. Putting those two together is where the magic happens. They have patience like no other agency we have ever worked with and they truly know their field. They have true insight, and we totally trust what they do. Are there any areas they could improve?
Digital production is the biggest challenge in the marketplace. If they could expand their skill set to produce intuitive and compelling content for the activity that they are big in, it would be hugely valuable because there is a major gap in the market for that.

Be open and honest with them because you will get more back from them when you do. Let them in and let them become part of your brand and team. Let them see the pain point because they are excellent at finding ways to solve problems from a digital perspective. The more intelligence you can share, the more robust and informed their digital plans are going to be to meet your goals.

We then selected three brands we wanted to push as priorities and discussed other means of marketing through AdWords and dynamic remarketing. We also discussed changing our priority brands depending on the season.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?
Before we started, we would’ve scrolled through three or four pages on Google to find our listings. Now that we’ve been with Loud Mouth for a while, we’ve seen our listings appear on the first page, and often as high as second or third on Google Shopping pages. Our main conversions came through one particular brand, which was extremely popular from November until April. Additionally, we’ve had a lot of customers return to our website to finish their purchase through dynamic remarketing.
How did the Loud Mouth Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Jemma is extremely responsive if we have any questions - we trust that she will have the answers we need when we email Loud Mouth Media. From the beginning, Loud Mouth was very open and honest about our goals, metrics, and what we could achieve within our time frame. They check in regularly with reports to let us know how each campaign is doing. The monthly reports are also extremely helpful as we can use them to compare our progress and change our plans accordingly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s still very early days in terms of the metrics, but so far, they’ve been hitting our targets. If we sell a product for $20, we don’t want to spend more than $5 achieving that sale. We launched new products in the last few weeks, with a cost per acquisition of 25%.
How did Loud Mouth Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Loud Mouth Media provides a weekly synopsis and a comprehensive monthly report. They’re fantastic with communication. They’re on call even during weekends and evenings. We dealt with another company for a year and never got the same level of service.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like their “one size doesn’t fit all” approach. They have the ability to adjust to whatever we need or whatever we want. It comes down to communication and being able to deliver on what they say they’re going to deliver. They listen to us, but they’ll call us on something if they don’t think it’s right. Plus, they have been very patient while we were launching our new products. We’re very happy with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were some technical issues with the linkup between our website and some of the analytics. It took a bit of time to get that settled. While our tech people were responsible, I would have loved if they could have jumped in and done it. It’s not what they do, but it would have been nice if they could.

I'm the digital marketing manager at Acheson + Glover. We specialize in concrete solutions for PTC homeowners and B2B markets across the UK and Ireland.

What challenge were you trying to address with Loud Mouth Media?
I'm in charge of all the digital channels in our company, including Google AdWords. Although I'm certified, it was taking too much time to properly manage our ongoing campaign. As one of the few AdWord specialists with Google Partner status in Ireland, Loud Mouth media was the perfect solution.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Loud Mouth Media completed two successful campaigns prior to our current one together. Their work primarily targets our Google Adwords, which is the crux of their expertise. Since I'm certified in this platform, we’re able to have productive conversations. They also support marketing for different facets of our service offerings. In addition to search and display advertising, they run our social media marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
They carefully calibrated a digital marketing strategy to increase our site’s visibility and inbound traffic. Specific AdWords solely focused on boosting sales in three distinct categories of concrete for the B2B market, private consumers, and the commercial sector. Running these campaigns involves simultaneously attracting a range of demographics throughout distinct customer bases. They to incorporate new methodologies and the latest emerging technology into their strategy. Video advertising is huge at the moment, so they are creating YouTube ads for us.

We work directly with Kirsty (Digital Marketing Manager, Loud Mouth Media). Jemma ((PPC Account Manager, Loud Mouth Media)) is our main point of contact. We've never had any problems together. She's a fantastic source who always goes above and beyond our expectations. Everyone else I've spoken to from their team has been professional and accommodating.
How did you come to work with Loud Mouth Media?
I’d heard about them through word-of-mouth while we were using a different platform. I was managing WordStream, which is a great system, but I really just needed somebody manage our keyword strategy. Google Adwords is a rare specialization for teams in Northern Ireland, and there are only slightly more in the Republic of Ireland. I was really impressed by our discussion. They conducted a full audit of our prior work.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we've spent about £20,000 ($28,000 USD). We regularly invest in their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since March 2017. They’re currently focused on our ongoing SEO, social media, and a couple of our ongoing campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Loud Mouth Media is great at driving traffic and sales using display and search advertising. Last year we had 254 conversions for our B2C outside rooms at a rate of 3%, which is really good. On the B2B side, we had 155 conversions. Our video remarketing and display marketing attracted 2,146 views with a 23% view rate and 1.87% click-through rate. Our average quality score is 8-9, which is top notch for all our AdWords. We got 50 conversions from the precast section of our site, which we only started working on in December.
They're brilliant at ongoing reports. Their innovative perspective helps them find clever and effective solutions. They're always looking for different ways to try new things. LoudMouth is on top of all the latest digital marketing and AdWords related content, which is changing all the time.
How did Loud Mouth Media perform from a project management standpoint?
The onboarding process was brilliant and just seamless. We haven’t worked with them long enough to discern their exact project management style. Refreshingly, they helped us maximize our ROI by strategically allocating our budget, rather than drawing out the length and cost.
They've been tremendously reactive so far and will make any changes necessary to attain the best results. The team has a great relationship with Google, as well. Any issues I identify are checked out in less than 3-4 hours. I've never had to follow up with them to investigate a problem I've notified them about.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I most appreciate their customer service. I work with outsourced companies all the time. Loud Mouth Media’s relationship management is superb and second to none. There's never a query too small for them; they always come back with a viable solution. If for some reason they can't solve a problem, they'll find us auxiliary support to do so. As somebody from the same background, I understand how well doing this challenging work.

The way they allocate account manages show they never get too bogged down. They can always make time to help us and nurture our business relationship to maximize our AdWords campaign.

We wanted to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences. As a luxury brand we knew this needed to be done by professionals with the knowledge to get us there. The project was kicked off during a key retail time for us and so there was no real room for errors.

We started with a low budget and focused on ROAS to measure success, as well as site traffic and new/returning customers to ensure the traffic coming in was new as well as profitable.
