Reclaim13 reached its 10th anniversary this year. We wanted LLT Group to help create 10th anniversary branding and a 10 Year Report that we could use to share about the work and growth of Reclaim13 over the past decade to share with our supporters and potential donors.

How did you select this vendor?
LLT Group selected us. They heard about the work we do to help survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation and offered to provide their marketing expertise to support our cause.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Work on our 10th anniversary projects began with meeting the dedicated team we'd be working with and a discovery session to understand our organization and the goals, needs, design preferences, scope, content, etc. for the 10th anniversary logo and report. The LLT team then worked on the logo and met with us again to go over the various options they presented and discuss any adjustments before delivering the final logo. We then discussed the larger 10 year report in more detail for LLT to work on while we developed the written content. LLT put together a first design draft of the report for us to review before adding all of the written content. They worked with us to adjust the design to meet our branding preferences and goals and to fit our written content needs. There were a couple drafts and feedback sessions with LLT always being patient as we reviewed and giving great attention to detail and follow up to our feedback. They put together a beautiful final report with versions to meet our digital and print marketing needs.
What was the team composition?
LLT executives initially met with us at the beginning to discuss the potential of working together. We then worked with a designated team to our 10 Year Anniversary projects including a project manager as well as members of LLT's creative team. We had most communications with the very organized project manager and had good interactions with the whole team when we would meet virtually.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've seen a much greater click through rate for engagement and high share rate on our social media for the 10 Year Report than for other content. We've received numerous comments on the quality work and beautiful design of the 10 Year Report and logo with many people asking to have a copy of the report.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective. We had consistently scheduled meetings for discovery and feedback with the whole team. There was constant, clear communication via email and great collaboration via shared documents. LLT was always quick to respond to our emails and questions and provide plausible, quality solutions. They were also very patient with us as we took time to develop the written content and review of the drafts. We appreciated their faithful follow-through and friendly interactions with us.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their commitment to learning about our organization and doing everything they could to best represent not just the branding of Reclaim13, but the heart of our organization in the projects they took on. They truly wanted to capture our vision. LLT took impressive steps in research, brainstorming, and offering multiple solutions to ensure we had a finished product that not just met our goals but exceeded them. I am the COO and Managing Partner of a full-service financial services company that offers checking, savings, business and consumer loans, mortgages, investments, and auto-buying services to more than 2m members.

We had a desire to redesign the current state of our website and presented a list of business requirements for the project outputs they were expecting. The list itself was not dissimilar from a majority of the business requirements that companies put together for redesigns, but the primary issue was it didn’t truly address their need for budget certainty by undertaking this project.
The existing website was outdated, making it unusable for the team and nearly impossible to update content and add pages. While they had harsh criticisms and opinions on the “look and feel” of the UX/UI, the website had salvageable elements and information that could provide the foundation for an amazing platform if integrated correctly.
LLT recognized the potential of this opportunity and began the relationship by working to understand the varying needs of the internal departments and customers that utilized the site. After the requirements gathering, they presented a plan to revolutionize the design and content of the UX/UI to impress potential and existing credit union customers. Both LLT and our company leaned into this trusting relationship on the promise to design, develop, and deliver not only a beautiful website upgrade in terms of UX/UI but also an intuitive, responsive platform in terms of CMS usability.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for the best agencies for fintech space. We came to clutch read multiple reviews, then shortlisted 4 agencies. LLT was honest and transparent from day one. They stayed on time and on a budget but most of all, ON COMMUNICATION.

The open nature of the entire team allowed LLT to center the relationship around discovering what was actually needed by oftentimes challenging preconceived assumptions. This transparency and open candor were necessary for LLT to gather the necessary details and information to more easily develop that into executable creative and development.
A two-day workshop was held at the LLT offices so all the key stakeholders of the project could sit in the same room and not only set expectations but also build a level of understanding around how deeprooted this project would be within the organization. We then moved to design phase with a couple revisions, then content mapping, then development, SEO and QA.
It was a seamless process with sign-offs along the way. They used Wrike for PM software, and Userway for all the QA.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had 6 people (AM, PM, Creative Director, Art Director, and Digital Marketing Expert). We had the founder touch in throughout the project which was amazing. Never does someone just call to ask how things are going, we were able to do heart beat checki-ins with the team in addition had a direct line to all of the teammates.
The great thing about LLT is they DO NOT OUTSOURCE and that is one of the large reasons we went with them. Sam (Software Development Manager) and Tony (Agency Principal) were great but, you can see Rahul (Agency Principal) has built a strong agency with his team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
An intense, hyper-focus on information hierarchy and page-related strategy helped reduce the core page count of the site by 40% (from 150 pages to 90 pages) while providing a clearer, more concise navigation.
After the launch, the overall sitemap grew to over 300 pages with the remaining including content, landing pages, or resource-laden content intended for member consumption. We now rank #1 in all of our keywords just 3 short months after the launch. We could not be happier as in 4 days we paid off our investment with the resdesign and engagement parameters.

They used Slack, Wrike, and also PM tools that gave us access to where were in the project. It was a waterfall and agile mix. It worked great for us as we stayed on time and on budget throughout the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The promise to deliver a site that has amazing UX with a very user friendly and optimized backend. There support team is amazing and the way they pivoted when things went out of scope to quickly get us back on track was amazing. They are a small team of a few dozen but agile when it matters most.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing, they really killed it for us. If anything, we would have loved to see a before and after but honestly we did not ask for it and at this point we want to forget about any site before LLT Group.
