We needed support with starting a brand new paid media and SEO strategy. Our previous paid media efforts were resulting in expensive CPAs and targeting the wrong audiences. We also knew that were not being intentional with our content marketing when it comes to SEO best practices. LittleHorse has created a fantastic lead generating engine for us with evergreen Google ADs, full-funnel AD structure via LinkedIn, and running tests on other platforms to find potential green space. 

Our CPA used to be around $200 on LinkedIn and we are now spending less than $50. We're also finally getting the job titles and personas that our business needs. LittleHorse has also assisted with all technical aspects of our website for SEO. This, combined with a revised content pillar strategy, we're seeing new life been blown blogs from years ago. Our traffic is steadily increasing and we're excited to continue to increase the rankings of Google search.

We are averaging the number 1 spot on Google for paid media keywords, while still maintaining a low bid. We are seeing pipeline influence from our ADs and generating sales qualified leads from conversions. 

Our database is growing by the hundreds each month with new prospects engaging with our LinkedIn content ADs. We are in the top 5 for a number of critical organic keywords that we want to rank for, including some with SERF attributes. Our blog traffic is increasing month-by-month with each revised publication.

Littlehorse has a very high standard when it comes to project management. They operate using Agile methodology, holding weekly sprint meetings and keeping projects closely within scope. We manage tasks and deliverables via Monday.com project management tool, communicate via weekly Zoom calls, and connect a-synchronously via Slack. I cannot speak highly enough of how professional they are when it comes to managing projects.

Our software uses AI to support physicians in diagnosing cancer and we needed them to highlight how our product works with voice over, added captions & animation.

I was introduced to Oscar García from Lil Horse by a fellow business owner who subcontracted URBANDER to support with several projects. Oscar and I collaborated on one brief project for this common client, yet it was enough for me to recognize that the Lil Horse team has the talent, experience and strategic approach that I find valuable and in alignment with our core values as well. I knew that I would be calling on them to collaborate separately, once the rpoject concluded.

Oscar and I had a discovery meeting, after which the Lil Horse team submitted a proposal that clearly defined the scope of work for the brand refresh, met URBANDER's allotted budget, and fit our delivery timeline. The scope of work was primarily focused on creating URBANDER's Brand Book, including a brand refresh.

However, I was pleasantly suprised to see that this collaborative brand refresh experience also encompassed articulating our brand's current personality traits and our ideal customer. This was the "extra mile" that allowed us to move forward quickly and swiftly in identifying new business opportunities for URBANDER.

Lil Horse's commitment with URBANDER's brand refresh experience included the participation of several subject matter experts on their team. And we appreciated it so much!

We are in the process of updating all of our collaterals and building a strategy to unveil our new look. Everyone within our closest business partners with whom we have share approach and branding loves it. We are book with meeting with new business prospects this month of May, and were able to quickly update our Capabilities Brochure following the clear and thorough URBANDER Brand Book Guidelines that Lil Horse created.

Lil Horse was very accommodating in terms of the times and dates we set to conduct our meeting. They created a detailed outline with project tasks and deadlines to complete each task, which held us accountable to provide feedback in a timely manner to meet our goal of compoleting the project in 6 weeks.

Lil Horse also accommodated working using our CRM eliminating possible challenges in communication. It was awesome. The entire team listened carefully, asked the right questions and were spot on with every new iteration of the Brand Book and its various elements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What most impressed me was Lil Horse Inc.'s commitment to excellence.  We and that we are 1000% aligned in this respect as well as in our core values. When we had the opportunity to meet their Principals during a recent visit to Orlando, they brought us a beautiful box that contained our new Brand Book, and posters reflecting our refreshed branding, all printed on the highest quality stock. We were blown away!

Our experience with Lil Horse was and continues to be fantastic. There is nothing they could have done differently. So much so, that we will be rolling out URBANDER's brand refresh reveal with their support. They have become an extension of our team.

I've been involved with Lil Horse Inc. during the event planning phase, during the weekly calls with the event sponsors where Lil Horse would update the teams on the numbers, activities and strategy for weeks ahead. I've noticed a thorough preparation of all materials such as official invitations to the event, brochures with logos of our sponsors, short video clips to promote the event on different media platforms.

Lil Horse team had successfully reached the unreached executives in Data Science space and the event reached its goals. The most important factor for success is, clarity. Lil Horse team did their best to clarify as much as possible before making major decisions (in regards to audiences, organisation, links etc.) so that in the end we all come to the same goal.

I've worked closely with Alison, Oscar and Paulo for the DSGO X event. They are the brightest and the most positive folks to work with! They also have a designer but I didn't get to meet her as I only saw her amazing work in the promotional materials.

We've seen a 80% interest in the event where executives came to share their experiences over a private VIP event. The event experience itself was so pleasing as well for organisers because Lil Horse team got exctly those attendees we were looking for.

The workflow between us and Lil Horse was very pleasing. We communicated over Slack. channel that was specific to marketing. We also communicated over calls and weekly calls with sponsors. We did not have miscommunication or misunderstandings.
