Lightspace designed and hosted our website. The team redid our whole site. They showed me different examples of websites, fonts, colors, and designs. I told them what I liked, and they created a brand guide for me. The website was designed based on that brand guide. They used Webflow for development.

The website was just finished, so I don’t have any specific metrics yet. Still, we saw an increase in leads since the website was launched. The quality of their work met my expectations.

Lighthouse has been helping us with designing and developing a new version of our website. We've received a branding guideline, along with mockups of how the site will look and feel. We also were provided a preview link of a staging site where they implemented the new design on a Shopify theme with all requirements and customizations.

Entire migration of our existing web site on Magento: re-shaping and simplifying existingpresentation. Because we have strong brand recognition, Lightsource identified how to preserve the best of what we had and opened us up for easier shopping online. We required custom coding for specific areas and specific forms that were important for us to continue with. We were delivered everything that was promised though we did have some issues with migration. Overall, it was a difficult but worthwhile transition.

The system seems to be functioning reliably now that we have ironed out some kinks on shopify.  It has taken us time to adapt and we continue to make changes to improve the new set up.  We are selling on line regularly and growing the site.

It took a few months more than what was expected but I do not think that was their fault but rather the size and detail of the migration. Ramez and his team responded very quickly to our concerns and really helped us through many difficult quirks that caused us problems.  We call Lightspace, "Magicians'

Hands on assistance and calmness throughout the project.  Whatever issues we had were dealt with politely and efficiently to the extent possible.

The migration proved to have some gaps: colors not accurately assigned, drop downs that were missing.  things that we needed to correct.  No matter what business you are in, details are important. Overall, Lightspace did everything they could to transition us smoothly.  it was a large undertaking.  Our product is unique and Lightspace learned our vocabulary and adapted to it.
