We wanted to expand our product range to EU and UK and specifically on Amazon. We needed a marketing agency that could help us with all aspects of this journey, from account creation and marketplace audit, to profitability analysis, photography, marketing and more.
There are not many marketing agencies out there that have the level of expertise that we wanted so finding one was very difficult. We were lucky to find Lezzat and had a good first meeting where we were impressed by the fact that they are a team of professional amazon sellers as well as amazon marketing experts.

A) Opening Amazon account and getting approval to sell in the grocery industry
B) Getting our products professional photographed and image content created for amazon (infographics & video)
C) listing optimization with SEO
D) uploading all this to amazon
E) shipping plan creating and helping with sending our first inventory to amazon according to amazon standards
F) Amazon advertisment and account management on a weekly basis with calls and reporting.

We have worked with 2 members of the Lezzat team, Alex for the majority of the work and Jawad for PPC. All communications and weekly reporting via google meet calls is handled by Alex.

Lezzat - Amazon Marketing Agency is an expert company for Amazon. The key thing is that they are always there to help and solve unexpected moments. We have meetings on a weekly basis to monitor the sales performance, decide and agree the next steps and discuss future strategic decisions.

The style of communication is excellent, the team is very helpful and willing to resolve issues as they arise. They have proactively helped us avoid many common pitfalls and open our eyes on the potentials for growing our brand on Amazon and off Amazon
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They don't treat you as "another customer" but they do care about the project and its performance. E-commerce has a lot of problems but after a call you feel relaxed and again optimistic for your company's success.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It would be better to have a presentation from day 1 for all the steps needed for launching your products on Amazon. It is a really complicated process. Presentation should include three segments:
