We engaged with Leobit to support and lead our ongoing software development. We use traditional Agile/Scrum methodologies to build a platform that supports our short and long term strategic goals. The key activities that Leobits supports are traditional Scrum ceremonies, frontend and backend development, release activities, regression testing, sprint management, resolution of technical debt, and 3rd party integrations among other things.

No issues with project management, as they were involved in recurring meetings (i.e. weekly standups, sprint ceremonies, etc). We would occasionally need to revisit staffing or budget constraints, but these conversations were always productive and resolved in a timely manner. Our primary project manager is employed through another 3rd party partner, but he works with our Leobit team.

We've been working with Leobit for over 5 years now, and we have nothing but positive things to say about the team. We are fortunate to have hardworking and sharp engineers on our team who constantly deliver a high quality output with an excellent sense of problem solving. Our business operates in a very niche vertical of financial services / wealth management, so I can image it is difficult for a Ukrainian team to understand these nuances, especially when English is a second language. We would not have been able to accomplish what we have to far without this team, and they are THE key to getting where we want to go.

From the very beginning, Leobit offered us a comprehensive solution that would allow us to get products, but at the same time combine our needs around one platform. 

We were also offered several ways to optimize project costs, because we are a non- profit organization and we do not have the opportunity to review budgets and it is very difficult to raise other funds, so this customer focus helped us a lot to implement the project.

We received an app for Android and Apple devices, as well as a feedback platform adapted to different devices.

From the very beginning, we were offered several ways to optimize project costs, because we are a non-governmental organization and we do not have the opportunity to revise budgets and it is very difficult to raise other funds, so this customer focus helped us a lot to implement the project.
In the process of implementation, the project manager and all the specialists involved were very understanding of the fact that we were new to the topic, and also took into account certain requirements that we had fixed for the project and adjusted the plans to the real deadlines we had.

At the design stage, it was important for us to take into account not only the technical requirements but also other policies and approaches related to working with survivors, because they are the primary audience of the products we prepared, and the designer tried to offer several options for what certain solutions could look like.

Since our organization does not have a separate system administrator or a person specializing in digital infrastructure, the developers helped us at all stages to register accounts on various services and set them up.

The tester and the project team were actively working on finalizing the products and paying attention not only to the details related to user experience, but also to how a particular step in our product might be perceived. In fact, during this cooperation, we not only received products, but also got a good understanding of how to plan this type of activity in the future, because before that our views were rather intuitive.

We had two developers from Leobit working on the project. They were highly proactive, eager to work hard, and responded quickly to any problems or questions.
Their primary focus was on improving the mobile application, but they also made significant enhancements to the back-end technology and the admin portal. Among their contributions were the creation of a referral system and improvements to contact synchronization, among other features.
