As Part of any Client Project we do face Integrational efforts, Country, Vendor and Regulatory, ... specific. Also theres a constant stream of Customizations and Enhancements we wouldnt see part of our core Product. 

Typically those components and customized solution are implemented and maintained by our valued partner

As we talk about a longlasting project we are able to measure results very well. Various improvements on Architecture/Component and Implementation/Verification level showed a positive effect on efforts spent, speed and quality

Again, as this is a long lasting partnership, we found an efficient and transparent way for planning/alignment purposes using slightly adapted scrum methodology. Meeting deadlines is key in our business, we're known to delivery timeline. Detailed planning is done collectively, theres room to react on unforeseen changes, obstacles

It can be considered art to find and keep a bunch of people, highly qualified, dedication and great mindset. As mentioned before our partner is able to react quickly to changing needs on our side.

anything can be improved and basically is being improved constantly. Again it needs the right people to operate in such a way. Mistakes do happen, important how to deal with it, i see that going very well

scope of work was to provide an in-depth analysis of the current architecture and design, coupled with innovative recommendations for the new architectural framework. It involved a comprehensive examination of the existing systems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancement. 

Scope of delivery was:

• Analysis phase, which included:
  • Document outlining the purpose of the software and the documentation, intended audience of the documentation (e.g., developers, users, administrators), high-level description of what the software does, main features and capabilities of the software, major modules or components of the software
  • Architecture, diagrams and descriptions of the overall system architecture
  • Component Interaction: how different components of the software interact with each other, any design patterns used in the software
  • Code Structure, directory structure of the codebase, description of each module, its purpose, and how it fits into the overall software, key classes, methods, and functions, explaining their roles and how they interact
  • API Documentation, description of existing API endpoints, parameters accepted by each endpoint
  • Response Formats
  • Use Case Diagrams: visual representation of interactions between users and the system.
• Design phase which included:
  • Design Document defining  description of what the system will and will not do, general overview of the system, major components of the system

We worked in an agile development process with defined sprint goals. Therefore, after every bi-weekly sprint, the results were/ are visible and can be measured. The velocity and quality of the work were wanted to have it.

Yes, most of the time. Not delivered items or back-and-forth discussions are mainly a result of not clear requirements. Aside from that, changing things happened also in a very short time.
