I’m the owner and partner for GBE Packaging Supplies. We sell packaging supplies and earn between $.5 million–$1 million in sales each year.

What challenge were you trying to address with LeadValets?

As an Internet business, we understand that traffic is everything. But we couldn’t afford to do PPC, and our previous SEO efforts seemed like throwing money out the window. We needed to focus on other channels. I hired LeadValets to get us started in the right direction.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re setting up a custom CRM for us along with a drip campaign, which involves generating content to email our customers. We’re targeting contacts through LinkedIn to build out our email lists.

We connected on LinkedIn, and they gave me some free advice to start with.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost to date has been around $5,000–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been doing business together since June 2019, and the partnership will be ongoing so long as we get good results.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re just getting started with the CRM and sending out content, so I don’t have any metrics to show yet. Regardless, I feel very positive that we’re going to be moving forward. 

How did LeadValets perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s been good. They’re keeping me motivated. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I feel like I’ve finally found someone who’s actually doing something more for us. With our previous service providers, it seemed like they were just taking our money without showing results. But Jon understands that you have to earn that money. Now, I'm confident that I’m getting an ROI and am picking things up from him, too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m not versed enough to say. I think they’re doing a good job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?
 
You don’t know what works until you try it, but don’t be afraid to pull the plug if something isn’t showing results within 6–12 months.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unbelievable results and super fast. We are only 30% done but they have done the work that normally would have taken 3 months in two weeks. We are totally blown away and have seen results already.

We wanted to reach a certain ranking level, page one and on number 1-6 on page one. We accomplished this on-time with better than expected results. We also wanted a targeted social media campaign focused on potential clients for our clients, that was wildly successful. This is an ongoing campaign.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We ranked on page one for 22 keywords for one client, 25 for another and 33 for the third one. We also reached, on average the number 1-3 spot on page one for 89% of keywords. We hit a 54% engagement level with our social media campaign and a 22.6% close ratio with leads. Triple than what was expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our workflow was seamless. Any mistakes made were quickly adjusted and repaired.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I love about LeadValets? Ability to dig in and find the issues, bring to our clients a complete solution and execute in a timely fashion. Reporting is strong and follow-up is perfect.

I don't see anything that is need of improvement worth mentioning.

I have 3-6 solid appointments booked every week and almost 90% become patients. They are now helping me generate referrals.

Very easy to work with and when there are issues they are solved within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciate their guidance and willingness to teach you about what happens. There are no secrets like some like to tell you but it is like everything else, you can do it yourself but you will have to learn it and it takes away from your core business. It just makes sense to use an outsourcer.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to attract new customers and give our existing ones a chance to leave reviews. At the time, we had no social media engagement and did not know how to implement a holistic marketing plan. We wanted to see a major impact on our sales and visibility.

They made our GMB listing sing. We now get an average of 10 new reviews per week and rank all over the internet. As a result, we have doubled our business, especially for our catering arm.

We consistently see at least a 700% monthly ROI; in some months, we have seen a 2000% ROI.
