Some weeks involved refining target lists and rethinking how we described our projects and mission. We increased the number of relevant industry conversations and expanded outreach beyond our existing network. Meeting quality improved significantly after camppaign adjustments were made.

They were fairly responsive when feedback came up, especially around qualification. Once we clarified what a stroong-fit prospect looked like, the workflow became much smoother.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They adapted better than I expected to a specialized technical industry. Instead of forcing generic outreach tactics, they adjusted the process to fiit the market. They also did not try to force volume for the sake of reporting metrics. The team seemed more focused on improving fit than simply booking as many meetings as possible.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Leadium could have done differently?
The initial targeting could have been narrower from the start. We lost some time early on filtering out companies that were not closely aligned with subsea operations.
