Scope
The main goal of campaigns and marketing activities is to acquire new customers, increase sales and increase the average order value.
A strategy was prepared for these goals, which includes several types of campaigns focused on performance, but also on building brand awareness. The campaigns are running in several advertising systems.
The cooperation also includes planning photo shoots and shooting content for social networks, managing social network accounts, communicating with fans, responding to comments and messages, and overall community management.
One of the other tasks is to recommend modifications and improvements for the e-shop website with the aim of maximizing the user experience, obtaining new orders, improving cart flow, etc.
Campaigns for current discount events and new products are regularly added to long-term running campaigns.
Posts on social networks are regularly boosted to ensure greater reach and engagement.
Furthermore, PR activities in the media were ensured, as well as cooperation with influencers, where the selection of suitable influencers was completely prepared and the conditions of cooperation, control and reporting of results were then set with them.
