Kreante built Luxe Pass, a luxury lounge booking platform, from scratch in 14 weeks. They delivered a complete mobile-responsive web app with three user types: a member app for discovering and booking lounges with map integration and Stripe payment processing, an admin dashboard for managing lounges and users, and a partner dashboard for hotels/spas to track their daily reservations. The project included full backend setup with Supabase, domain configuration at app.luxepass.co, and code ownership transfer. They handled everything from initial concept and user flows through development, QA testing, and live deployment..

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They successfully launched a fully functional booking platform within the agreed 14-week timeline. The app handles complete end-to-end user journeys from registration through payment processing and booking confirmations. All three user dashboards (member, admin, and partner) are operational and integrated. We completed comprehensive QA testing that identified and resolved issues before launch, and the platform is now live at app.luxepass.co ready to onboard real users and partners. The code ownership was fully transferred to me, giving me complete control of the product moving forward.

The project management was excellent, seamless, and extremely well-organized. Nella, my project manager was amazing and immediately made me feel confident that my project was in great hands. She introduced me to Notion, which helped keep me organized and updated on the progress of the project from start to finish. You can really tell that she takes pride in her work and wants the client to be happy with their finished product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A diverse, global team that really values their team members and clients. Also, having another woman as a project manager was a draw for me, because prior to meeting with Kreante, the other agencies I met with were all men.

This is small, but I think asking what method of communication is best for the client from the beginning would be beneficial. For me, as a founder with a full time job that travels a ton, we realized that Slack and email wasn't the most ideal means of communication. I would often miss sign in attempts because I wasn't in front of my computer at the time. Eventually, we realized texting was the best and allowed me to respond quicker.

We hired Kreante to help us develop projects that we couldn’t take on at the time because we have multiple ongoing projects and we have full confidence in their ability to carry out our clients’ projects successfully. They developed web apps using Bubble, building the front end based on the Figma design we provided, and then implemented the back end. The client was later able to test the app during the QA phase.

The measurable outcomes that allowed us to monitor the progress and success of our project included regular meetings with the clients and us, which provided clarity on the project's status, helped us address technical challenges, and encouraged the exchange of ideas—ultimately boosting our confidence. The testing phases of the web apps were also extremely important, as this is when the client can see their project come to life.

What truly sets Kreante apart from other agencies is their interpersonal qualities, their communication, technical skillset and the level of commitment they bring to the projects we've entrusted to them. In general we are super happy with the work of Kreante. We see some minor improvements when it comes to pixel perfect designs.

In addition, they also designed all the missing pages for the landing based on the original Figma, since it also included a library of all our podcasts and a blog and also made an integration for our newsletter with Mailchimp.

We were able to see the landing page development in real time, as we had access to Webflow and could test the landing and track progress at any time. They also delivered the Figma file where they had designed all the additional pages we requested, following our style and brand identity. We were able to directly suggest changes in Figma for them to implement. Finally, the weekly video call meetings were extremely helpful in tracking progress and keeping up with the project timeline proposed from the beginning.

- Weekly meetings: The video calls helped us a lot to understand exactly where our project stood, whether there were any technical difficulties, or simply to bounce around ideas. These meetings gave us a great sense of confidence.

- Figma Mockups – the iteration process design

- Adherence to Timeline– This allowed us to track the project throughout the entire process

-Client QA – This stage was the most significant for us, is where we finally can test and refine our product.

Kreante was hired to help define a project, and develop it as a web app in a short amount of time as well as possible. The project was complex with lots of data sources, no CTO in place, and they had to take the time to well understand the user stories within the app, redefine it in technical terms and manage their team to build the UX and develop it. 

The end result was a Bubble.io web app with multiple integrations, a Xano backend amongst them, and a series of automations and API integrations.

Clear milestones during the project such as visual prototype completion during the design phase and the final build of the MVP during the build phase, which was validated through user acceptance testing of the app against agreed user stories and wireframes during different phases of the project.

The work was broadly delivered on time against the original targets. There were unexpected issues along the way but these were clearly communicated by the team over the duration of the project, along with associated risks and suggested corrective actions. This meant we could make decisions in a timely manner that allowed us to ensure the project goals were still met.

I appreciated the collaborative ethos that I felt from different team members from the beginning of the process to the very end, which helped instil trust in the process and the work delivered

I occasionally spotted design consistencies in the build. Overall, most of these were resolved as a result of direct feedback but felt this should have been spotted by Kreante's internal processes. By not having a consistent and polished front-end experience, there is a risk that the client loses confidence in the attention to detail of the work.

Kreante has always been very responsive. Despite the time difference, I always got very quick answers to our questions. Mariannella was available, both verbally and in writing, even outside her working hours. The design delay were respected, we took a little bit more time on the QA part but it is a really important part and we did not have all the ressources needed in intern.
