KoreRPO was brought aboard to source and prescreen candidates for a niche sale project we have been working on. They can utilize other services to connect with candidates we are unable to, which has created a massive amount of candidate flow for our team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from an average of 20-30 interviews a week to over 40 interviews two weeks into our second full month working with them.

We are in a Microsoft Teams chat with the direct recruiter on the project. We also have weekly meetings with the leaders and the CEO of the company. They take a hands-on approach and are receptive to feedback. The main goal for their team is to make this as efficient as possible and can pivot and make adjustments when necessary.

Good people work at KORE RPO, and they care about results. The lead recruiter on our project has been nothing short of amazing. He has been incredible with picking this up at a quick pace. From top to bottom, the communication has been perfect and we have very much enjoyed working with them so far.

We are an Executive Search and Staffing firm that recently partnered with Kore RPO.  After many failed partnerships with RPO we have been extremely impressed with Kore RPO and its team.  They have gone above and beyond to gain an understanding of the unique project our recruiting team is working on.  The project is hiring 20+ Account Executives for a client on a monthly basis.

KoreRPO has been a pleasure to work with and certainly meets deadlines, exceeds expectations, and brings a positive boost to all morning meetings.
