As one of my first actions here as marketing manager I put out an RFP which I sent out to some qualified potential vendors and Kobe Digital was one of those. We awarded them the contract due to their expertise and work ethic.

They worked with our team to provide best practices, implementation, and management of campaigns to help drive traffic. They also provide us with consultations once per week, as well as reports which our management needs to see on a bi-weekly basis.

Our team consisted of myself, my two marketing apprentices, and we worked closely with our account manager at Kobe Digital.

Yes, we have seen over 20,000% increase over the past year of unique visits to our store locator tool. Wow!

We were not able to hit our goal, however we have had good success and traction with the campaign thusfar.

I was very happy with the communication and they are very efficient with their project management

Their team really takes great ownership of each project, and from my experience most agencies are completely the opposite. At Kobe Digital I don't feel like our account is just another number.

It would be nice to have quicker turn around times on new graphics, sometimes 2 days is not fast enough!
