We started off by showing them our website and landing pages and describing the problems we're having with converting visitors into leads. They went to the drawing board and redesigned all the pages on our site to include the landing page form instead of having people click to go to a separate page. This drastically improved our results.

Our development team implemented the designs and the marketing team observed at 50% increase in the number of leads after implementing the changes. It was a huge benefit to our organization.

KlientBoost felt like an extension of our team. We met once a week and discussed the problems and potential solutions. They would come back the following week with design mockups for us to review and then final revisions. Super smooth.

Their work, communication, and cost-effectiveness without sacrificing the quality have been impressive. They also do month to month which was easy for us to get through accounting.

We have bi-weekly meetings between KlientBoost, myself and my boss, and I also collaborate closely with them through Asana. They add all of their tasks there, including due dates and milestones, so that we can effectively track progress. It's very helpful to have full transparency of what KlientBoost is working on for us, and it helps me stay focused on our paid advertising performance as well.

KlientBoost has a lot of experience working with similar companies and has a proven track record of helping organizations accelerate lead generation.

I think they could be a little more proactive with catching and finding solutions for performance dips sometimes.

We hired KlientBoost to take over paid media and advise us on strategies to use and where we should be spending our advertising dollars (FB vs. Google or both). They devised a strategy for us and kept us on track for spending and getting the max out of our budget. They also help generate quality leads for us and assess where our bad leads are coming from to optimize our performance.

We looked at several different companies and decided on KlientBoost, one of the biggest factors was that they are local and they had great reviews behind their business.

First we went through a discovery phase to share our branding materials and go over our paid media goals so they could better understand our company. Their team put together a strategy and we had a kick off call to discuss everything in depth and put action items into place.

From there we have maintained bi-weekly calls as well as an ongoing task list in Asana and weekly emails to make sure we’re on track. They also set up a google data studio so we can visualize our progress in between our touch bases.

They helped us understand where our leads were coming from and set them up in Pipedrive so we could track on our end. We were receiving several leads but weren't sure how to analyze where the good ones were coming from (so we could optimize whatever it was we were doing to get more). Haley helped us understand where to put our ad dollars so that we can continue growing and getting the right eyes on our paid ads.

Very effective, having the workflow setup in Asana keeps us all on track and lets me see our progress from an overview. The team is always quick to respond on email and very accommodating when we need to jump on a call to discuss in depth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the way they work together internally is one of the best perks of working with them. If one of them needs help they have a whole team to lean on to make sure we are getting the best advice possible. The team is very knowledgeable and I love that they can also tackle in-house creative for us.

It helps speed things up on our end as we don't have the time to create new paid media as often as we should, and their team has done a great job on that. I also appreciate that Haley walks us through anything we don't understand and helps us learn- she has been a great leader in making sure we understand where she is at.

No as of right now there is nothing I would change.
