KISS has completely taken over the reins of the entire IT system in their own hands. The company's specialists set up the telephone system and mail services, installed our server and filled it with the necessary software. If any difficulties or problems arise, the company's specialists immediately solve them remotely.

KISS reports monthly on the work done. However, these metrics are not so interesting for us. A much more important indicator of the effectiveness of the work of specialists is the almost complete absence of problems in IT and the promptness of solving emerging difficulties.

KISS are first-class specialists in their field. They are diligent, responsible and always take responsibility for their actions. We can always contact a company specialist to clarify any information or promptly resolve a problem.

KISS has strengthened our in-house development team and acted as mentors for the development of the entire application stack. Neither of their shoulders fell to work with Frontend and Backend based on TypeScript. KISS engineers took over the entire turnkey development. They managed our specialists, led the most important architectural decisions and independently developed first-class solutions for our clients.

Their engineers were involved in the design of wireframes and layout, implemented the user interface and even took care of its subsequent integration with the backend. KISS is a high quality work in strict accordance with the stated deadlines.

We worked with KISS for almost half a year and during this time 12 different engineers interacted with us. I want to note that it was pleasant and easy to work with each of them. All specialists of the company have high soft-skills, are responsive, know how to build effective communication and work for results.

The UI, which has become one of the key results of cooperation with KISS engineers, has collected almost 50,000 registrations in the last month alone and attracted over 1,500 engaged users. Thought out to the smallest detail, the internal API is used in 8 different application interfaces.

We had weekly meetings on Zoom. All KISS engineers were always in touch, task reporting is done in Trello.

KISS is not afraid of difficult tasks and responsibility for them. They can cope with tight deadlines and flaming deadlines. Even "Mission Impossible" is within the power of these guys. They completed all the work without sacrificing quality.

We use some absolutely amazing software to protect our hardware and our entire corporate network from viruses and breaches of security protocols. In addition, once a month, a KISS specialist sends us a report on the work done.

There are regular meetings in GoogleMeets where we can discuss the work done and talk about future plans regarding updates and additional security enhancements.

KISS is about selflessness. If specialists see a problem, they won't rest until they identify its cause and eliminate the consequences. The company has a well-built communication system, thanks to which we can contact any specialist, and in a few minutes our request is already starting to be fulfilled.

We needed to develop a PoC for our product quickly. The deadlines were very tight, the deadlines were on fire, and the responsible contractors were to be found nowhere. All proposals from the performers either did not suit us in terms of price, or the specialists needed much more time to complete the task. Smart contract development agency KISS has become a real find. The company operates as if it were part of our internal team. I have not seen such involvement and immersion in the project for a very long time. Each member of the company gives 100%. If we had not found KISS in the last, our project would not have taken place.

We managed to achieve significant savings in the time it takes for clients to adapt, and to reduce project costs by almost 5 times.

All KISS specialists were always in touch, which greatly simplified communication in a remote work environment. I think it was thanks to the high professionalism and the ability to quickly catch the request and implement it that we managed to cope with the project in such a limited time frame.
