The set accurate expectations and delievered everything on time. There were also consistently able to make high quality referals for other services we needed as we worked on this project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really took the time to understand the background of our company and the goals of the project before starting. This led to them suggest some critical changes of direction up front that all proved correct. It also avoided wasted time and effort on what would have been dead ends if they had just launched into our intial request without taking the time to understand. This was an extremely high IQ approach to tackling a project like this, and the results show.

I'm extremely satisfied. I can't think of anything.

We own an IoT (Internet of Things) system integration company based in the Middle East.

For what projects/services did your company hire Karpi Studio, and what were your goals?

Our website was stale/old and not optimized to do anything other than be a digital billboard. Times changed, and so did we. We wanted a website that would attract visitors and convert them into customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We sought Karpi out due to their specific focus on working with tech-related businesses for their website design and development. We wanted a team that knew the IoT business and understood our goals.

Entire website re-design and development from scratch. There was little we could reuse from our old site and we added an eComm function as well. So the project was from the ground up. The team at Karpi came up with the initial concepts, UI and UX and then started from there.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with their entire team. What we appreciated most about Karpi was that it felt like working with a family. Everyone stayed in contact with us from start to finish (unlike other companies where the salesperson closes and you never hear of them again and get passed on to people you don't know). At Karpi it was an absolute pleasure. They always kept us informed, always provided regular updates, and answered any questions/concerns 24/7.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our previous website engagement was almost nil before Karpi started. Once the project was complete and we started promoting our site all our metrics went up to the right. Form submissions, news letter sign-ups, and time on site all grew rapidly.

Apart from our weekly calls to discuss the progress and upcoming tasks, the team constantly communicated with us for the entire project. Deadlines were met well before they were due as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They actually give a damn. Most companies look at a new project and go through the motions, treating you like a cog. At Karpi, the team was genuinely curious about helping us solve our issues and enthusiastic about it from start to finish, which is almost unheard of. We really appreciate their effort on this.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really can't fault them for anything. They've helped us so much.

Karpi Studio has delivered an extremely professional website presence. We’ve seen an increase in Google Analytics results and better exposure. The team has delivered a better website overall with Webflow infrastructure. Our clients have mentioned that the new design looks amazing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Following the migration from GoDaddy to Webflow, our website’s performance improved dramatically. Page load time was reduced from approximately eight seconds to just one second, thanks to Webflow’s global CDN implementation. Additionally, our organic traffic and session volume increased by roughly 300%, growing from around 300 monthly visits to over 1,000. This growth was driven by Karpi Studio’s SEO guidance, blog content, and copywriting. Overall, the new website has received very positive feedback from our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

How did Karpi Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Karpi Studio delivers on time, even under very tight deadlines. A notable example was the delivery of multiple website updates ahead of CES, a tech event in the United States. This enabled us to gain strong visibility and credibility with new prospects during the event. Communication was smooth and efficient through virtual meetings, email, and messaging tools. The team consistently demonstrates great flexibility in adapting to our needs.

Initially, their pricing structure and payment terms did not fully suit our needs. However, they were responsive and adapted their approach to better align with us as a growing startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Karpi Studio?

I needed help with my app design since I knew I couldn’t do it myself.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Karpi Studio helped me harmonize the whole app I had built myself. The app was working, but visually, it was chaotic. Karpi Studio’s designers helped me unify the whole UX/UI to make the app look good and be easier to use. At the end, I got a design system and a visual application of the principles to my app. In addition to new colors, all the different components my app used were redesigned in all the different states. They were also modified and applied. For our developer, it was super easy to just update and have the new design. It looked way better at the end of the day.
